Starting the second week of pre-season without any clear tactical direction is genuinely appalling. I know we're laying on """""Top""""" and Rudders for everything right now, but this is seriously wrong. Pre season should be fairly standardised. Would be good to have bi-yearly profit sharing deals home and away with teams like Burton, West Brom and a partnership abroad like VFL Bochum. Bit boring I know but always room for one special last game. It needs to be competitive.

Definitely want Che Adams, local, moved up from non-league, did very well in Martin's Southampton side and they missed him, quite clearly a top end championship, low end PL player. Loan with obligation if promoted? with a big fat Italian loan fee. Imagine he's got a release clause around £10-15m Not many can match our salary offer tbh
