Actually a really good chant. It’s certainly not a woo like the Everton one.
-
Yeah he was, else it would’ve been a penalty. Apparently a hand on his shoulder but made to look a lot more theatrical than it was.

Not the fanzone, but the activities they put on for kids outside the family stand before hand are great. My lad loves getting involved in all of them, and it’s great to see so many other kids getting involved having fun and being able to play against their parents too. Panna cage, table football, whack a mole, teqball, panini swap shop, jenga, connect 4, a through the hole shooting game, a sit down football game, face painting. Lots for anyone to do with younger ones, especially for those that get there early but like me don’t want to go into the ground crazy early.

One thing that annoys me about this is, you never hear people say this about right footers not wanting to use their left.
-
That’s all well and good, but defensively he’s very weak. Got absolutely mugged off by McAtee in the build up to their second goal.
-
He got an assist as well. For sky, that’s 9/10.

Knew there was something else I’d missed, Soumare needed treatment from it didn’t he.

Actually think taking JJ killed the game for us today. RVN must improve his subs. Why does he keep taking a centre half off with 5 mins to go?
-
Fully agree. But people won’t want to admit it because the right thing to do is be negative and just criticise, apparently.

I hate it when we play big clubs. Never get the rub of the green. I think Oliver is one of the better refs but he’s got history of favouring Man City. Let them get away with murder. Fell for them falling over a lot. Two really harsh bookings for us. Was it a pen? Was at the other end so couldn’t see clearly. Let Ortega time waste, booked him as a token gesture then let him carry on doing it. No booking for De Bruyne diving? Again was at the other end so can’t speak too much but it looked like a dive? Savinho throwing the ball away, also no booking.

Didn’t deserve to lose that. The most disappointing thing I’m taking from that game is, where was that performance against Wolves? Think for large periods of the game we dominated them, and the stats suggest that too. We’ve missed some great chances and some of the football we played was really good. For their first, I think it’s really poor goalkeeping. You can half accept the second because we were really pushing on, gaps are going to appear. El Khannous was class all game. Caused them problems, worked hard, great close control and did well getting out of tight spaces. Winks and Soumare are certainly our first choice midfield pairing. Although we do miss N’Didi in there. Plenty of positives to take, but ultimately it’s another defeat. Big January coming up, and if the board are serious about us staying in the league, a few signings are needed for sure. We’ve got the makings of a team that’s capable of staying up, I’m sure of that.

Spurs v Leicester - Sunday 26 Jan - 2pm

After a spare if anyone ends up having one. -
That’s horrific

Ipswich also set up as 5-4-1. We didn’t. Their gameplan was quite clearly to frustrate and nick a point.
-
Won’t happen. He didn’t go 3 at the back away at Liverpool so it won’t happen at home. Can see there being two changes, Buonannote in for Ayew as he’s suspended and Vardy for Daka.
-
Chelsea were terrible on the eye 04/05. But won the league and only conceded 15 goals. Won most of their games 1-0. You think Buonanotte doesn’t get in at Ipswich? Soumare on current form pisses all over Morsy. The only player I’d have from them is Leif Davis.
-
It’s the cool thing to do though. Get with the times.
-
Yes. They’ll have that Watkins lad up front instead I reckon
-
There has certainly been some. For me Pedro should be sent off, the intent in there alone is enough for me.
-
Cullen looks like Danny Ward
-
Will be good for us in the championship
-
Not too disheartened. These are flying, top of the league. Certainly a lot better than I was expecting. Scored a nice goal. Defended well first half.

5 of the other previous players to wear the armband weren’t on the pitch. 3 not in the squad and the other 2 subbed off. So he’s 6th choice captain. Hardly lack of choices

With 4 minutes left, who really cares?
-
Just tell them their opinion on football doesn’t count.
