  1. What’s ironic is what got them into this mess will get them out of it, plenty of pound notes.
  2. Gnonto for Leeds looks a real bargain at the reported £3.8 million fee.
  3. Went to Whaddon Road for Cheltenham away in League one with a few friends. We paid on the gate walked through the stands to lean up against the side of the pitch close to the away fans. Two old boys were stood next to us and realised we were Leicester fans and we just ended up chatting away about the match. He was very complimentary of Lord Lloyd Dyer and Fryatt of course.
  4. Guilty, I bought a ticket just so I can meet Jamie in person. Not bothered about the book may try and take a shirt to sign instead. 🤣
  5. Just take a pen next time and add a decimal point and a zero and hey presto £1.90
  6. Got mine.
  7. https://resources.lcfc.com/leicesterfc/document/2022/05/16/cdb045aa-b0ea-48e2-850e-7740a35c7b73/Ticket-Resale-TCs-2022-23.pdf After reading through the terms and conditions for season tickets above it does not specifically mention the use of not using a third party platform? Add to the fact that you personally did not re sell the ticket either surely means they should see sense and reinstate your ticket Edit: Unfortunately it is mentioned in the general terms and conditions. Season Ticket Holders may only sell or transfer their Season Ticket (for an individual Match): (i) to a Guest with the express written consent of the Club given at the Club’s absolute discretion, provided that such transfer is in respect of an individual Match and in consideration of no payment or benefit and provided further that such transfer does not take place during the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business; and/or (ii) to any person via the Club’s Official Season Ticket Resale platform, each such resale or transfer being subject to the Club’s Season Ticket Resale Terms and Conditions and the Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this Condition 22) apply to and bind the recipient of the Season Ticket as if they were the original purchaser of the Season Ticket (and where the Season Ticket is sold or transferred to a Guest pursuant to this Condition 22 you must inform them of this). Any attempt to sell or transfer or otherwise dispose of the Season Ticket either (i) without the prior written consent of the Club; or (ii) via any method other than the Club’s Official Season Ticket Resale platform shall be a breach of these Season Ticket Terms and Condition and in such case the Club reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the Season Ticket without reimbursement.
  8. He was part of the squad immediately after Vichais death and scored the away goal at Cardiff after, his celebration that game suggested he cared deeply and I’m sure still holds fond memories of his time here. Sometimes things just don’t work out for players at clubs I guess.
  9. Carragher missed the perfect opportunity to say “Tielemans unleashes his own Rocket”
  10. In our row today, bloke and his kid was sat next to me. His kid is wearing a Liverpool shirt. Beggars belief.
  11. Sorry everyone forgot to boo, I’d fell asleep.
  12. I’m the opposite, a proud Englishman not a single link to Scotland family wise, but I love the sound of bagpipes!
  13. I believe burning general wood from branches is considered poor quality due to the sap inside the wood and the need for the wood to be completely dry. poor quality wood can also produce more toxins and potentially damage the flue etc. You may want to consider coal aswell as wood?
  14. Such a stupid statement, this is something I’d expect a manager of a kids Sunday league team to say to the parents on the side of the pitch. We are talking about professional football players who are managed by a man being payed a lot of money. I’d say their manager coming out with quotes such as “were missing pieces of the jigsaw” playing his players out of position and words to the effect of his squad not being good enough is provoking more of an anxious feeling than any boo or murmur from the crowd.
  15. Not sure, but I tell you this when we keep one, I’ll buy everyone on foxes talk a pizza *disclaimer, I do not have the funds for this promise.
  16. As people have mentioned no certainly not on the decline just a transitional period on the way UP! We moved into our brand new £100,000.000 training complex last year and I would say this is part of the “way up” it is unsustainable to keep finding hidden gems and reselling for profit going forward at some point this model will fall flat if it’s your only way of trying to compete. Seagrave was the answer and developing talent will allow us to not be so reliant on the buy cheap sell high model which we’ve been doing so much of over recent years, I still believe we will continue to do this aswell but we won’t be so reliant on it. Our European adventures meant we had to increase squad size and as a result we do have a bigger playing squad. We have more than enough talent to compete without a huge squad overhaul currently and a steady season will hopefully help resolve this issue. It’s frustrating after so many years of success to have a quiet summer but Top and the clubs hierarchy are committed to building a football club carefully and organically. We may not see the effects this season or next but I imagine the work being done now will hopefully secure Leicester City as a competitive force in the Premier league and hopefully Europe for many years to come in the future.
  17. AFC Leicester Fosse?
  18. I have noticed she’s already done a few interviews to claw it back 😝
  19. True although I assume we treat him the same as Kasper, he runs down his contract leaves on his terms for free or a nominal fee as kasper has. This then allows the buying club to give him a decent signing on fee and potentially but not a given considering his age a two year contract maybe at the same or slightly higher.
  20. Unlikely, but his Mrs has just lost a court case and has to pick up a £3 million pound bill was it? May decide for one last bumper short term deal to see out his career. 😭
  21. This opens the door for Ben Foster
  22. As someone said, it’s very possible. Rodgers signed Joe Allen for Liverpool and Winks is a similar type of player.
  23. There was a 1920s forward Harry Graham - Graham Cross and more recently Matty James - James Scowcroft. So no 😁
  24. I’m pretty tech savvy and completely open to advances in technology, paperless ticketing options I believe are the future and will eventually become the norm. The introduction of these types of tickets though are usually used to combat the “scalpers” at huge events such as music festivals, concerts and big national sporting occasions to stop them making big profits out of these things. Can’t imagine many scalpers bulk buying Leicester tickets 😝 Ultimately the club should recognise that a generation of people and fans may still require the need for a traditional ticket, surely they have the resources to allow these people who don’t have the capability to receive a match ticket, even possibly dedicate a small part of the ticketing team to help these individuals? As people have already mentioned some of the older generation were sitting and singing in Filbert street and cheering on Leicester City well before me, the club shouldn’t be bringing in something that may alienate them from continuing do so over a younger fan.
  25. Anyone who has Game Pass on Xbox i would recommend that you download and Play Tunic, really challenging for the mind with the puzzles and general difficulty of the gameplay.
