Would be quite harsh to do to Fatawu after how well he has been doing recently and giving up AFCON to stay!

He probably could but Enzo said in the summer that he doesn’t think he can play the left centre back role like Doyle/Justin or the inverted centre mid role like Ricardo so there isn’t really anywhere we can use him

We are based in Barton so it doesn’t help that pretty much the only way I can get home to Ashby is across a bridge somewhere (usually Walton) but most of them end up closed or the lanes around them flood so basically I end up with no choice but to go through Burton town with everyone else Luckily I am finishing half an hour earlier today so will be able to miss the worst of the work traffic

Roads around where I work, Burton, are flooding really badly again today When it happened last month a 30 min journey home took 2 hours, and then the same again in the morning in to work Expecting the same tonight and tomorrow ffs

Way too injury prone to put a run of games together to become a key player for Enzo, or to even be a useful squad player for us this season Guy could get breathed on by an opposition player and be out for a month Take whatever we are offered to free up a space in the squad even if we have to cover part of his wages until his contract runs out in the summer Better than him sat here doing nothing and us still paying the whole lot

Might as well give him (or Casadei, whoever Enzo prefers) the next 5 or so games until at least Wilf is back - no one needs to be dropped for it to happen and if they are getting better the more consistent game time they are getting it gives us a chance to give Wilf more of a rest as well when he is back I would rather we choose one now to be KDH’s partner until Wilf is back rather than switching it up between the 2 every game, changing it around every game won’t help either of them

Could help us (and Chelsea) that Wolfsburg don't have an under 23s / Under 21s / B Team so there isn't a step between under 19 football and first team football for him to go into at Wolfsburg to help him develop without leaving the club or going straight into the first team

Saw somewhere there was clubs like Luton, Burnley and Fulham interested in him Expect he will end up at one of those than us unfortunately

Get a feeling from him that he could improve game by game if he gets a run where as I really don't get that with Casadei Good technically and in the tighter spaces, hopefully he is the one who gets a chance whilst Wilf is gone

He did improve 2nd half but he was dreadful in the 1st half - wouldn't have been shocked at all if he had been taken off at half time Managed to really annoy me in the 2nd half as well when he made a run inside of Fatawu, got passed the ball and went into the box with all the time in the world but it seemed like his brain was stuck trying to decide what to do and got it taken off him Very disappointing he didn't win a single duel or make any defensive contributions as I did think that is one area he would be decent at for us There was a moment in the 2nd half though where he played a great ball through the box for Cannon who just couldn't get on the end of it - I just want to see more of that from him

Contract is up in the summer but we have an option to extend for 1 year
