He has been off it in a few games recently but he hasn't been massively off it at all He was a literal game changer earlier in the season coming off the bench and was then very good in the games he was starting

17th game in charge today and I am yet to see any real tactics being implemented - or even trying to be implemented No patterns of play or properly developed movement from any of the players It genuinely just looks like he has looked at how we played the last 2 seasons and decided to just carry on with that because it is less work for him Not one player has improved under him at all, if anything I actually think pretty much all of them have actually got even worse Which with how crap some of these players already were is actually some achievement itself Hopefully they don't drag out getting this new technical director in and we can then sack Martí and get a proper system in place (although I expect the technical director will just be some agency hire anyway)
