This would be an appointment that would have the opposite effect for their/his first game

3 reasons you think we could survive
Wasyls Pec Deck replied to Nolucklcfc's topic in Leicester City Forum
The strongest area of our squad is central midfield (and Mads), which we weren’t able to get on the field for a lot of yesterday. If we are able to make strong selections in most games in those areas I think we have a reasonable chance of staying up. Ndidi, Winks and Soumare have an engine about them, shield the defence, enable us to have control and work through the gears so to speak. I rate Bilal and Buonanotte, but we need that solid base that NWS give us. I will be ridiculed for saying this, but I actually think Soumare will be integral this season. It’s a bonus that we are somehow are finally getting a tune out of him. But without him yesterday look what happened - the midfield did not assert themselves on the game, we got bullied and knocked around, and they weren’t able to support the defence or forwards. This what Soumare can do, if deployed well with others who suit his strengths. I also just about think there are at least 3 worse teams than us, but the fight for not finishing 18th will be a close run thing. -
He only played today because he had to. But why not give Golding or another academy lad a game.

Everything Justin has done has been absolutely shite. At this point he needs to be taken out the firing line.
-
Stolarcyk surely ahead of him if he’s fit after injury. After about the 5th minute it’s been all round piss poor. Players need a rocket in the week and show us what they’re about when we play Wolves.
-
Throw the game. Get Vardy off, and save him for next week. Daka needs the minutes as well.
-
James Justin what has happened to you. He doesn’t even look like a professional footballer.
-
I hope Mads has just been taken off as a precaution? Because if he’s out for a long time that is calamitous for the season
-
Was that Ward in the tunnel? Shit
-
Bruno didn’t get a yellow for simulation then? Because if he did then he’d now be sent off
-
The ref is a clear homer

Haha it said it wasn’t posting. Nevermind, why say something once when you can say it four times?

I actually forgot about Buanonotte. Tbf, Skipp, Bilal and Facundo isn’t that bad considering our current three first choice CMs are injured.

Skipp, Bilal and Hamza will absolutely shit house it

The journo Tom Collomosse on the last BSLB podcast seemed to suggest that he thought the issue was Rudkin being spread too thin (unless I am mistaken?). I am, like many, not happy with his track record and naivety with which he seems to have spaffed our strong position as a club up the wall. But I do wonder whether the issue is that he needs good people around him like a dedicated sporting director? Instead of doing several jobs to a poor standard. And ask yourself why this situation has occurred. I don’t know the answer to that. Is Top and KP too tight to employ other people or something?

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

I guess I’m just desperate to see specialists employed in these roles over or in addition to Big John. But yes I take your point. -
I’m absolutely up for coordinating a number of us doing this. Just to make a point.
-
I’m tempted to start sending Sky the bill for my hotel when they move games to late kick offs
-
I’ve been thinking about this. Easy to dismiss him for others who won trophies, but there isn’t many who left us (albeit under a cloud) having left the club in such a good position relative to where he found us. If he isn’t the best, then he’s among the very best - but he’s got a bloody good case.

Perhaps the better comparison to us is Brighton… -

Ok fine, but we literally don’t have one. Rudkin is going about 12 jobs between LCFC, OHL and the horse racing operation. Surely he has to be better than literally nothing?! -
Brighton Home 2-2 Post Match Thread

I think Ruud has played 2 different systems against West Ham and Brighton. Which is also 2 more than Cooper.
