  1. Vardy rant? Have I missed something?
  2. I’d go Moyes all day long, particularly because he’d sort out the defence
  3. They’ll have to edit out that bit in the pregame video where Serge mentions Cooper
  4. Absolutely. You’d have to someone lined up with games coming thick and fast.
  5. Can we keep the Cooper Out thread for the bantz?
  6. Good on them acting this early. It’s taken me by surprise, albeit a very pleasant one
  7. He’d complement Faes, JJ and VK quite well in the shitness stats. I wonder if he’s for sale?
  8. Southampton are giving a top side a much better game than we did yesterday. I’m no Russell Martin fan, but at least he has a plan
  9. He’s clearly holding us back and tragically predictable and disrespectful to the quality we have. When I saw the team today and the back 4 with JJ and VK I said he should be sacked on the spot. It’s the definition of insanity to keep doing the same thing but expect a different outcome. On the way out I said he’ll try and create a narrative of it all being the referee’s fault. Low and behold… how about you look in the mirror Steve. I hate to say it as well but we are also facilitating his employment. I’ve not heard a single ‘Cooper out’ chant yet, unless I’m mistaken? He needs to go before someone else is sacked as we want to be the first approaching the limited pool of managers who would interested in a job like ours.
  10. The lack of discernible plan from the beginning is the common thread throughout our games this season.
  11. I’m done with him now. Fed up of the constant RIDICULOUS school boy mistakes, and his attitude stinks. Tried to leave because he thinks he’s better than us when in reality he’s not even good enough for us.
  12. From what I can see Vardy, Ayew and Daka might not be available. No Buonanotte or Fatawu, or Reid. So could our forward line be Mavididi, McAteer and Edouard? Might as well not turn up. It will be dogs to the slaughter in this situation and I think Cooper will just fill the midfield and try and shithouse a result. A back 4 and all of Winks, Ndidi, Skipp and Soumare in the midfield, maybe McAteer and Mavididi sort of leading the line.
  13. I’m less confident of staying up with him out. It’s a big blow.
  14. Oh shit the bed
  15. I remember Pontus Kamark telling us after a game once that he was amazed we had a junk food brand as a sponsor.
  16. Strikes me as a reasonable policy. This is the best analysis I’ve seen on it: To be honest it stinks of the tabloids misrepresenting the facts again to pressure the government and back their wealthy mates.
  17. I wonder if this has come from the Winks camp? Wasn’t there talk Winks was not exactly seeing eye to eye with Blooper?
  18. 100% agree. I live 3 hours away, and currently my ‘loyalty’ is being tested to the max. If the modern state of football wasn’t bad enough, the club don’t really do a great deal to make it appealing (expensive crap beer like you say). And what’s gone on the last few seasons on the pitch and where we are with Cooper is little incentive either. I had an ST between 04-07, and since then spent many years as a member. I got an ST again in the Europa years when in hindsight we were on the slide. But I spent so long as a member, and applying for an ST, I am loathed to give it up. It’s a real conflict. The only real perk I see of being an ST holder is more likely to get away tickets and also for big showpiece games at Wembley - but we’re a million miles away from that at the moment.
  19. We’ll get absolutely hammered.
  20. The desk is out of shot!
  21. I have this in my home office. I add to it from time to time, but haven’t for a while.
  22. I thought they might have been planning with appointing Enzo, but this appointment suggests not. It’s like we were a bloke in the club on the dance floor at 1.50am…
  23. Indeed. Think of the fortune involved in those two wins - which could and perhaps should have gone the other way. In contrast you couldn’t point to other games we didn’t win that we should. I have no doubt we’ll be in the bottom 3 by Christmas if not before. While it doesn’t appear he’s totally lost the dressing room just yet, I really don’t think the players would be arsed if he left. Maybe the shitbags would like VK/JJ who are far less likely to play under someone who actually knows what their doing and changes when players make consistent mistakes. After all, what does he add really? He’s even going to back to the previous managers system on occasion.
  24. Sometimes you should and can sack people who some deem to have done ok - look at Bournemouth sacking O’Neil for Iraola. O’Neil worked a miracle to keep them up with an amazing half a season or so, and the football world was shocked when he was sacked. But they found someone better. Cooper hasn’t got close to what O’Neil achieved in that stint at Bournemouth. We need to cut our losses with this clown and forget the whole sorry and sordid affair.
  25. Perhaps, but I think it highlights a level of desperation!
