Love the goal music ! -
Evidently the hat went around the departments and no one was willing to give up any budget i believe the dept of energy with its carbon capture budget is in the cross hairs but ed won’t play ball. (He also refused to be shuffled last time the music stopped). Starmer looks weak!

One of the coolest June 11th on record in e England More grist to the mill for those highlighting the extremes rather than those who will no doubt use today’s miserable chill to question where global warming has gone. (The answer atm is Russia, especially nw Siberia which is some 10/15c above average)

on a purely cricketing basis, stokes doesn’t deserve his place in the team. but the group is tight so I’d expect him to be brought back to avoid moaning and groaning from the entitled bunch ! -
Some veracity in this but if the system offers you support then why not take it removing the support will mean those who really need it won’t get it surely most of the benefit system works this way. A percentage will always exploit it - it’s human nature.

Man City’s charges are not across the seasons where we finished in 5th anyway.
-
I think there is a time limit on claims which means we wouldn’t be able to bring any claim against Man City or Chelsea burnley brought their claim against Everton promptly

It’s the ‘art of the deal’ 😂😂

When he says he’s going to do something it often means he isn’t …..
-
Saka not fit enough to train every day surely we’ve learned over the past two decades not to take players who aren’t able to be 100% fit palmer or Bowen could fill in on that side if called up in saka’s place but I doubt tuchel would do that. Saka hasn’t played well since he got injured some months ago. He isn’t going to regain form over the next month.

Within 48 hours, one of those two will be the World Cup leading scorer !

loyalty bonus wouldn’t be of any noteworthy value I think the scholar-pro contract must have been binding or it wouldn’t be worth signing for either party. Dowman did the same at Arsenal. as I commented earlier, our current position compromises the fee we can command via salary expectations elsewhere. If we hadn’t been relegated then we’d be able to argue that we can afford to pay him and he’d have to decide if he was going to chase the money at a club like yanited who do pay that kind of salary to 17 y o.
-
Probably selling Nelson to finance brusell’s wages …..
-
if it’s true then it was put in there to convince him to sign - to ensure the club received a fee, if you were his agent, would you have allowed a relegation clause to be inserted ? If you did then you’d also request a much reduced release clause to compensate. This was a deal that suited both parties. guaranteed Monga £4m over two years and the club a transfer fee.
-
Last year when he agreed a scholars contract which automatically became a full pro deal on his 17th birthday, some on here said they’d heard we’d agreed to pay that to ensure he signed.
-
From what I read, our agreement with him automatically kicks in when he reaches 17 so Arsenal will have to come to an agreement with us however, i also think that we’ve agreed to pay him 40k/week which we can’t afford that will mean Arsenal have leverage making a deal. Can’t believe they’ll be happy to be paying a 17 y o that much. incredibly we could end up in a scenario where the clubs agree the player is worth £10m but Arsenal refuse to pay more than 20k and the player then demands that we pay him the £2m shortfall over the two years. In practice that would mean the 2m coming off the transfer fee and being paid as a s/o fee by Arsenal.

He is if I’m the fella pinned on the ground with a knife on my neck that’s what people see and that’s what they respond to the numbers become unimportant in that context
-
Isn’t n Africa (effectively the Mediterranean Arab states) more nuanced than that? I’d say they’re sitting on the fence between China and the states and probably leaning more towards the states for now.
-
Arsenal? aren’t many teams out there at that level giving ‘mid-teenagers’ the opportunities they are nwanieri, Lewis-skelley, Dowman. if Monga is as good as he think he is then he’ll get plenty of first team exposure in the carrabao cup and the easier champions league fixtures.
-
Grotesque video I’m not an expert on this - how difficult is it to actually behead someone? The fella seemed to have plenty of time to carry it out so either the knife wasn’t sharp enough or the attacker wasn’t totally committed to the act. events like this will keep the immigration issue front and centre, irrespective of the numbers.
-
You’re not understanding the DNA of the club they don’t see any urgency they think we’re so much better than league 1 that we could hire ric and still piss the league this is why we’re in the crap and nothing is going to change
-
Agree with all of that it’s just that if he excels here then he’s bound to attract attention

Allo allo rene …… (will be worth it if someone posts a photo of Vicki Michelle😜)
