So did they clear that 8m of debt to coincide with the 14 sept deadline or is there actually someone bidding who wanted this cleared ? I mean it seems a pretty small amount based on their valuation - would a buyer really ask them to do that or would they just reduce the purchase price to cover it ? Presumably it’s monies owed to KP so nothing is changing hands. I can think of possible reasons to do it but it’s making my brain hurt to make sure the dots are all joined.

Totally inexcusable that three var refs can’t get that offside call right. - especially when the onfield call was offside (though it’s unknown if it was Haaland who was called by the lino) guarantee that if they’d shown it to Oliver he would have disagreed with them and the correct call would have been made atm, social media has a double down post from ref media centre - even worse that they’d defend it rather than just ignore it until Webb or someone else senior gets involved to admit the error.
