Would seem that the uptick on wages (43%) means that players did have relegation clauses. we can put that to bed now. Percy’s original article in 2023 would be correct.
-
Not going to end well How can it be valued at more than £50m. and that’s a massive stretch.

Planned at half time ’see if it’s stiffened up at half time and if so, try and run it off ‘ markedly limping off the pitch so it certainly didn’t loosen up! -
Should be a day earlier ……..

JJ pretty much disappeared from the game since he went off for treatment in the first half bit of a concern for us good finish that !

Which is what he was saying when answering some of her questions but then on others (essentially the same question), instead of owning the policy, he was saying that only the energy secretary can issue licences. (Which is the legality but it’s not the minster deciding policy on his own). it just seemed weird not to say that its govt policy not to issue any more North Sea licences. it made it seem that Milliband was making the decisions which then allowed badenoch to ask who was running the show.
-
Yes I know this but looked for an easy proposition the point is that the energy secretary carries out the will of the government- he’s not acting in his own interests. starmer’s answers just stunk of hiding behind legal speak. PMQ is a waste of time now the questions are generally poor and there are almost no answers provided
-
Listening to Starmer saying that he can’t change policy on North Sea drilling because it’s the responsibility of the energy secretary is confusing me. surely the policy of the govt is a decision of the cabinet rather than just the minister ?? on that basis the defence secretary could take us into war ???

So we believe the Iranian regime ??? both sides are likely telling untruths.

Depends if the words have more than one syllable……

Or he’s realised that his marines won’t be in place in time to align with the end of his deadline. doesn’t help that Iran have come out and claimed they have won a victory on the back of the TS post climbdown. Trump won’t like that.

they will be insured. They were financed privately and the taxpayer should not be expected to contribute to their replacement. (EDIT apparently streeting has committed to paying for this ) I assume it’s top of the front page news in the uk because it’s happened in the uk it won’t be top of the front page in Italy or Greece. There were attacks two weeks ago in Brussels and Amsterdam but they didn’t make the top of the front page in the uk. The attack on the synagogue in the states did. (Until it was clear there wasn’t much news in it and it dropped away) it won’t be front page news by Wednesday. (unless they find the perpetrators or have a lead they want publicising)

I mean there could be a contractual clause that the option reverts to Rennes call if we are relegated.

Have we reached the point where we’ve acted outside of our national interest by alienating the country that we actually need to protect Western Europe from attack. And if we don’t need the Americans then what was all the arse licking and posturing about for the past year ? is Zelenskyy doing enough on drone assistance to keep trump onside because I fear the lack of assistance from Europe for trump could mean he turns around and says that he cba re Ukraine ?
-
The Everton ruling wording is interesting I wasn’t aware of that but it’s typical premier league ‘corruption’ the clubs vote and the clubs decide nothing will happen but it’s possible that the FA may try and stick their oar in, a regulator certainly would have. (Which is why the PL don’t want that)
-
Different offences we broke psr the sanction for that is a points deduction

just listening to the man baby and he’s unhappy with Starmer about minesweepers and that the uk won’t commit to sending any to the gulf. why are we not willing to send vessels to enable international shipping from being able to use international waters ? We did it in the Red Sea.

You’re better placed (geographically) than us to make that first judgement. I assume the reason would be a lack of Muslim immigration into Eastern Europe. So the far right in this region retains its primary anti semitic basis. America is interesting - the far right have always been anti semitic. In areas of high Muslim concentration, are the far right more obviously Islamophobic? Is there strong white supremacist grouping in Michigan as opposed to Wyoming ? I think clogger made the point about the facists (and moreso the real facists rather than the wannabe ones) going for the easy Muslim targets before they turn their attention back to their more traditional foes.

I was asked it’s my opinion that’s your opinion ‘Innocent’ those responsible for the killing outside their borders will justify it (especially to themselves) on the basis that it’s targeting those who are not innocent. Those innocents who die are accepted (by them) as the dreadful ‘collateral damage’. I struggle to understand killing many thousands of your own citizens.
