To play as a team you have to be on the same hymnsheet. We're simply not working hard enough to take up good positions when we gain possession. There's also too much space between us which is why many of the passes get cut out. JJ, Soumare, NDiddi and Faes look to be carrying af ew pounds. Maybe they got too comfortable last season in the Championship when they didn't have to break too much sweat. If I were Ruud I'd get the fitness levels while instilling my methods on the Squad. My guess is we'll see abig turnover over in personnel during the next couple of windows.

Exactly this. Some of ours look to be carrying Flab and we're at little off the pace compared to the opposition each week. It's only small margins But at this level small margins make a big difference. The players fitness should never be an issue but it is presently and needs to change. We're trying to play a high tempo game closing players down but we're way off the pace.

Palmer is the playing very well for them which is a bonus but It's enzo's work ethic which is why they're 3 rd in the table. It's a team game and he Enzo has them playing as a team which is what he done here. And he's done it early in his rein at Chelsea where many others have tried and failed.

There's no doubt Enzo is an elite Manager I really think he would have taken us back to the top in a season or two. I'm not the slightest bit surprised by his success at Chelsea.

He's going to need a couple of Windows to turn the squad around. Get rid of the players surplus to requirements ideally a few in January. I'm confident he'll deliver given the time unlike Cooper.

I'm very happy and excited with this appointment. He'll bring a lot of experience and stature to the job, Especially in the eyes of the Players. They have someone they can look up to. He looks like he couls still put his Boots on if needed. We're are going to have to be patient and give him a proper Leicester welcome. I'm feeling things are going to change for the better this season.

Yes, We should have sold Hamza in the Summer and brought in fresh talent. He's definitely not a long term solution. I would'nt be surprised to see Coady come into the team alongside Vesty for their experience. And even Ricardo in the midfield role behind Facundo on the right and providing Cover if needed as well as providing some attack threat.

The players have a lot to play for tomorrow. The cloud of Cooper is gone from them and they have a real chance to express themselves and impress Ruud. It's not going to be easy but any result from tomorrow will be a big bonus.

It might be time to give Hamza a run at RB if Ricardo isn't fit and rest JJ who has looked a little tired at times. Then again he could be very rusty having not played for a while.

I think I read also, He has a win rating of 80 % with the Teams he worked with.
