The problem with your last statement is he's not good enough yet to play her. We have to take that as a given as he hasn't done enough to impress 4 Managers. Though he does have to step up somewhere as time is ticking by for him and his career. Playing well in a poor championship team might give him the confidence to express himself , As it's all about confidence for young players while finding their feet in the game.
