Lets hope Ten Hag is not sacked before the game. It might improve our odds of success.
-
Not when the Opposition continue to out score you.
-
We should play Coady anyway, If only for his leadership qualities in such a young team. They're not much better than us though they have a lot of upside within their squad. I expect Ten Hag will want to win it to help his cause. It would be nice if it went to penalties though.

How could Cooper not anticapte that Forest would change something in the second half. I know you cant legislate for individual errors. But you have to assume they would change something and try and alter your Tactics to nulify them. Especially when your second half instructions are not working as planned.

They don't conced much especially away from home so we're going to have to be patient. Faes is going to have to keep Woods quiet, If he does we have a real chance of Winning this. -
We should put Mads on a new long term Contract asap.

What's needed is simpler Black and White rules , not more chicanery. The simple answer is to Ban all Loans in or out of Clubs. Especially Loans out as they are very often used to stripp out Assets. Like the Glaziers done for years at Utd. As most Prem clubs have wealthy Owners, They should be prepared to just put money straight into the Club. Without looking for a way to get it back. All they're doing is increasing the value of the Club by putting money in which they will retrieve if and when they sell the Club.

I think many are blinded by our points and league position. When our modest success has more to do with a very favourable fixtures draw. ( Arsenal aside ) And the brilliance of Mads in goal and the huge effort put in by the players, To constantly try and recover lost causes. To Cooper's credit he has improved some players VK, Okoli, Faes, Facundo. Its his team selections and tactics that are letting the Fans and Players down. He can't seem to see the shortcomings in his tactics either. Though on Saturday , aside from his approach in the first half he got most decisions right. Even if Southampton capitchilated and made it easy second half. If he keeps picking up points he'll keep most fans quiet for now. Though the quality of opposition is about to improve greatly for Nov Dec. Another win on Friday night will do his future here no harm and win him even more Fans. He's got to adjust the Tactics and play the best players to have a real chance of getting results. While he brings others up to speed.

He wasn't offered for sale, not quite the same thing. Money always talks . Maybe we had spent our quota by then. Anyway it doesn't matter, Enjoy him while we can. -
Southampton 2 - 3 Leicester POST MATCH

I totally agree, The annoying thing is that we have two good Wingers, Both with Pace and Trickery on the Ball. So why not use it. By playing both you stretch the backline creating space for others also. Why Cooper can't see that seems crazy. Though Mav was way off it yesterday, probably due to all the travelling. -
Give the lad time to adjust and settle in before we see the best from him. We got a glimpse of what he can do yesterday. He needs to add some physical strength to go with his talent and we'll have a real player. He sees the game early which is a sign of a good player. We're are unlikely to be winning anything this season so let's indulge his development a little as he finds his feet here. Even at 19 Million I think we done well for the future.

Southampton 2 - 3 Leicester POST MATCH

Southampton are like Candy Floss, there one minute gone the next. Whatever we Fans think of Cooper, it's clear the players are willing to give it a real go. I didn't see it as a masterstroke at half time. It was blatantly obvious that we needed Wink's on to get some possession of the Ball and Fats on to try and create something up top. Which he done to almost perfection. Mav should have been replaced sooner as he was way off his best yesterday. It was great to see the reaction from the players when we won. The main thing is we got the 3 points and move on. -

Initially I thought he was a bit light weight as he was getting pushed off the ball quite easily. To his credit he's now holding off challenges much better and effecting games. He plays at a high tempo and not afraid to have a go at goal. As he gathers more strength I expect him to get even better. The Summer was the time to buy him instead of a loan, Now I suspect he could be out of our reach. -

I spotted that right away in the game today and couldn't understand everyone blaming JJ Yes he let the cross come in but he got no support from NDiddi or Skipp. VK should have prevented the goal by being goalside of the scorer. -

It's not confusing at all. The players have dug him out of the shit again. Coupled with Southamptons collapse. -

Definitely a game for the memory bank in years to come. -
It was the same with Mav. Though Mav has been poor today.
-
We need Winks on to control the game for us.
-
Not even a challenge put in.
-
We still can't pass a Ball .
-
He's an outstanding young Goalkeeper and the club deserves great credit for finding him. You can visually see the worth he brings to the team with the saves he's made this season. I just hope we get the kind of money he's worth if he's poached from us. 70+ million surely.
-
He needs to hit around 10+ goals before January if we are to get 10 million for him.

I fail to see how the interest can make that much difference if borrowing from Directors. In Everton's case because of the mess they were in the Borrowings came with much higher interest rates as the Club were desperate for the Cash to keep going. It's crazy to think that they could have folded just when they were ready to move to their new 600 million pd Stadium. As the costs are usually spread over a long period. As to our Club or our Owners financing the Stadium Development. I think it's exempt from PSR As the costs are usually spread over a long period. 10 plus years. . But I could be wrong on that as I've not seen the PSR rules. Also to the credit of our Owners, Which should not be forgotten by Fans. I've never heard of them taking Money from the Club, Or Asset stripping as happens at other Clubs. I Only ever hear of them promoting and moving the Club further up the proverbably Ladder. Yes we may have slipped off a rung or two and it's irritating, But ultimitely their hearts are in the right place. What's really needed is the Football regulator more than ever now.
