There's no doubt great Coaches and Managers do improve players. We're seeing the proof of it before our eyes. Enzo is light years ahead of Rogers and I just hope he stays for a long time. Even Winks has said he's learning things everyday from Enzo and Winks has experienced many Managers at Spurs and Italy. The important thing is the Players have bought into his methods and are benifiting from them. It just proves that the right Manager is priceless to any Club. Enzo will continue to take us forward and when you think he has'nt even had a proper Window yet to bring in his own players. I'm excited to see how far he takes us with the Clubs financial support to help him.

I slept like the proverbably log last night unlike Friday night. A brilliant game to watch with a brilliant Goal to win it. So many top performances, Jakub, Vesty, Ricardo, Hamza Marcal, Akgun, all 9s I'd say. The rest 7s Even Praet who seemed a little lost at times made some key interventions. A special mention for and Raki, Cannon and Marcal who I thought was sensational especially first half. I'd have no worries about playing him in any game for the rest of the season. We needed that result after 2 defeats last week. Now we can go into the QPR game with Confidence.

One thing is for sure. He's set himself a new standard to live up to now and I hope he does.

I'd seen him play a lot for the Development squad and tonight later in the game he was back doing what he does best. That's getting after the Ball and winning it back. He broke up a lot of the Bournmouth possession particularly in the extra time tonight. That's how we should be using him in the League also. He was fantastic tonight along with many others. In fact everyone put in a shift tonight and done a bit at different times. Well done everyone.

He's clearly been working on his Shooting. I seen it in the first half tonight. He wasn't trying to burst the net which has caused him to miss many chances. Even the Goal you can see he's focused on getting the shot off right and hitting the Target. I hope he keeps up the practice as there's many more Goals in him and we need a few to close out the League.

I would'nt be surprised to see a big offer come in for him from one of the big Clubs. Arsenal or Newcastle for instance.

Don't forget the Goalkeeper who was also excellent.
