With this formation yes. We have zero midfield with the formation and personel he's picked and absolutely nothing in attack. Should have been a back 4 all day long. Thomas, Coady/Faes, Soumare and Ayew should never have been on the pitch.

If you go back and look at all of the goals we have conceded this season, JJ is at fault for more than he isn't. Faes is probably responsible for the rest. Justin is too short, too slow and too shit. He offers nothing going forward either.

We are now Fatawu and Ricardo are out Dawson really hasn't helped with this shocking formation and thinking Thomas is good though.
