Trying to ring the ticket office to move my seat for the game so I bring and sit with my lad and have had no luck getting through to anyone on 20 odd attempts. Is this usual for game day does anyone know?

I am trying to do this today. Is it usual for you to be completely unable to get hold of the ticket office on the day of a game?? I've rang 14 times and no answer everytime
