  1. Does the club own Belvoir Drive Training ground still? And if so, how much could it be sold for?
  2. Exactly. Been saying this for weeks, and now there’s little time left
  3. But maybe those guys and the money from Enzo and staff may be enough 🤷🏻‍♂️
  4. I love these kind of links. Absolutely zero chance we land this lad
  5. I was hoping to get enough out of my list combined, so that we didn’t need to sell KDH
  6. Yeah I get it. The list is the ones I’d like us to play the same game with
  7. Agree, but that’s where we are. Lose Nelson or KDH
  8. Well (I do keep banging on about this), we should be selling our academy products that we need the least: Iversen Thomas Nelson Brunt Choudhury McAteer Keep: KDH Alves Braybrooke
  9. Some hair doos on show if we get this guy aswell
  10. I’m on board. Welcome Stevie Coops. Bring us some more silverware with some steel

It isn't in terms of the Profit Sustainability Rules, which take into account the contracted wages of the player. You're only looking at Player Trading Values, where as 'profit' under PSR, isn't apportioned to just PTV, it's heavy on the wage bill in general and contracted wages of the purchased players. I love you.

I know this. You do know I don't agree with the rules, right? They are mental IMO

One of the reasons the current rules are 'unfair' is because the wage bill of the club is a massive part of PSR compliance. Selling your purchased assets, has to take into account the contracted wages of the players, in terms of the profit on that asset. The trading value of the academy products goes onto the books as pure profit.

With respect, i don';t think you are understanding the full PSR situation. It is not just player trading values.

PSR and therefore FFP factors in the wage bill and contracted wage bill over each three year period, therefore impacts the (ridiculous) necessity to encourage clubs to sell their academy products. If PSR was only based on the players trading values it would be a piece of piss, but it's not

and wages and due wages, and bonuses paid and unpaid?

    Joe Rodon

How much is he worth, bearing in mind he is deemed ‘pure profit’ at a time when we desperately need ‘pure profit’, to prevent us tumbling down the leagues due to FFP sanctions?
