Absolutely agree and dont know the xorrect answer but playing devils advocate, skipp and soumare cost a lot of money to sign and also on high wages at least a free transfer will just be high wages.

I dont see many in this PSR era forking out £30 million for someone not quite ready yet to sit on the bench so hes at a bit of cross roads for his own personal development, blue tinted specs here but hes better off developing in championship for a season and returning with us to the big leagues.
