I had the rather dull experience of going to Millwall on the club coach last season. They were all dead excited about going over Tower Bridge, it was like the football was a side issue.

I find this pretty hard to believe, an email or an sms maybe but I can’t imagine they’d be cold calling before the season finishes and members or anyone else has had a chance to buy 1.

I’ll be buying with clenched fists that is for sure!

I don’t think people can be blamed for renewing, it’s a big part of a lot of people’s lives. I’ve applied for a season ticket after 8 years of not being able to commit to going every week. I hate so much about the club right now but there’ll come a time when I don’t and I want to be there when that time comes.

Excellent start, we’ll get a better idea when we’ve had a bat but the pitch doesn’t look 47/5 bad.
