Relegated after 31 games, it reminds me of 94-95 when we spent the season wondering if our play-off win was a good thing or not.

I thought they only checked the one from the header not the cross that led to the header.

For complicated reasons I’m not sure, there was a cock up by the club. If it’s someone who is going to be local anyway it’s probably worth a shot.

It’s the lack of a response or anything relating to the reasons for the ban that would be most beneficial, anyway we’ll see.

They’ll be required to provide any correspondence relating to the subject during the period of the alleged action at the game and the final correspondence to the supporter. If they don’t provide anything, there’s no justification for terminating the contract and they’ll be able to make a claim in the CCMCC. No costs in that court and dreadful publicity, particularly if there’s enough people prepared to challenge it.

I want to reach out to those who have been banned without justification and would like help making a subject access request to the club. It can be kept specific, from the date of the game until the final letter was received from the club. The more the merrier, it’ll put them in a very difficult position.

Clutching at straws here, but we went into the break for the World Cup in 2022 in excellent form and dropped off a cliff on the return. Any chance the opposite will happen now?

Does anyone remember the bizarre story from the early 80s when we had a player on loan, when we were playing at Brighton (I think)? He was subbed off at half-time and a rumour went around our end saying the players had had a bath to thaw out during the break and his toe had fallen off. 🤣🤣

I used to love the Scottish Cup draw back then. 1 Aberdeen 2 Celtic or Kilmarnock 3 Rangers 4 Stranraer, East Fife, Falkirk. Queen of the South, Montrose, Falkirk, Gretna, Elgin, Dunfermline, Dundee United, Berwick or Hibernian. God knows when the games will be played, before next season’s Cup Winners’ Cup starts would be handy.
