Realistically we the following players ought to be involved with the 1st team next season if they all remain here: Bade Aluko Jayden Joseph Tom Wilson-Brown Kevon Gray Sammy Braybrooke Henry Cartwright Louis Page Logan Briggs Will Alves Jake Evans Lorenz Hutchinson Kirsten Otchere Then be interesting to see the likes of Riley Carr, Tommy Neale, Mirsad Ali and Hugo De Lisle may well come through and challenge, some of them still very young and others 19/20 but if we are ravaged squad wise from senior players (hopefully most of the current lot go) then many are going to be needed. Might even be others from U16/18s we aren't yet too familiar with. Sadly I think Motsi won't be here.

I wouldn't put it past this lot to go for Martin, it's felt inevitable since May 2023 that he'd one day end up here. However, someone very reliable does not think we've even spoken to him this time around so I hope it stays that way. I find Brussell obnoxious and unbearable to listen to.

Quite possibly being driven by my overall apathy to football in general, rather than the combination of a watered down World Cup in time zones that aren't great for watching most games but I honestly couldn't care less about this one. Rowett's contract is up so it's not the same as Van Nistelrooy who we ended up sacking before the start of July anyway. We are just so unorganised and everything has to dance to the tune of Aiyawatt.

The exact same rumours were said last summer that Martin was offered it before RvN was sacked and he questioned why hadn't we sacked him yet and wasn't willing to wait. My gut feeling is we haven't spoken to him this time around, not properly anyway.

I hear you mate but around May time with Monga the rumours changed to him staying as they have to have notified the club by end of May if they are leaving as a scholar. So if Motsi is off, people will now know.

At this stage, due to the player and representatives having to notify the club before the start of June if they intend to leave it is more likely to have substance. Either way we will find out soon enough.
