Munteanu is the one for us. Have to be relentless in our pursuit before someone far smarter than us goes for him.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Yeah thought as much. What is strange is that the PL did not announce back in January that we'd failed to provide them on time to them. I find this all extremely suspicious. -

And that feels a very ambitious figure without a major sale before the end of June. KDH was in 23/24 and we layered over probably £20m + of player amortisation from last summers signings. Have appointed and sacked Cooper, appointed RvN and quite likely sacking him before the end of June too. Might well be in the realms of Mads, Bilal and Nelson all needing to go to raise £30-40m profit. -

The 2021/22 horror show year drops off doesn't it so let's hope we can get across the line, I think we'll need some sales. We still seemed to spend a fair bit last summer and probably naively thought one of Hermansen or Fatawu would clear us £30-40m profit. -

Have we been told how late the accounts were published? Bearing in mind on 14th January 2025 it was announced no club had breached for 23/24. -
Didn't Ayew score like 2 goals in an entire season the last time he was in the Championship? 😂

Is there any evidence the EFL are able to do that? DiMarco will be rubbing his hands together. -
Will find out soon enough, has to notify us within a week or two if he's off.

Does he herald from Derby? No wonder Forest want him, obsessed with one another. Pure bagsman that we need to keep.

Looking at his Instagram this evening he may well be Spurs fan so the links to them isn't ideal is it. FFS

Only we could systematically take a part a team in the manner we have over the years and be impressed by them enough to want managers, senior staff and players. We deserve everything that's coming to us. I'm now at the point I want to see a cease and desist against this football club.

I just don't get what's different. Both the PL and EFL have tightened their rules but they've not done so until 2024/25 so if the arbitration panel have ruled that the IC was wrong for 22/23 but not enough to overturn it but for 23/24 there is jurisdiction, we could argue that both have to be treated the same and fair game for 24/25 onwards where the rules have been re-worded to prevent this. -

He went at a slightly older age but Morgan Rogers for example went for £1.5m from Man City as both player and club wanted out. -
Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR
Ric Flair replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Our club have seemingly operated this contradictory behaviour of trying to evade the PSR rules where possible but not doubling down on it with ambition to give ourselves the best possible chance of prospering if and when it caught up with us. Its been alluded to in the press a number of times when explaining why we move the goalposts on January transfer business that we don't want to be seen to be disregarding the rules by spending money when under the spotlight, but at the same time don't submit our accounts that delays / disrupts the process of compliance with the same outfits. We've potentially had an absolute howler here. How any viable strategy this season could have been based on trying to circumvent the rules this season (delaying submitting 23/24 accounts by 31 December) in the hope we didn't get a points deduction applied this season and risk it being applied next season when we have a stronger foothold in the Prem as teams in their 2nd season often do, is utterly ridiculous. That would have made sense with signings in January to attempt that, having just mere days earlier consigned the club to this dragging on in to 25/26 where we'll invariably be worse off. I'm sick of the way this club is ran. I've minimal sympathy for us and whatever it takes for us to get the systematic change we need to free ourselves from this regime then I welcome it. What an absolute waste of an opportunity of a lifetime for this club. I am beyond disgusted. -

Amani Richards we paid money for when he was 17/18. Whilst you could argue big clubs don't tend to sell players that age for a modest fee if they're any good, it was reported at the time that he was very highly rated at Arsenal. Sometimes these players leave off their own accord. E.G Heaven from Arsenal will go down as a nominal fee and he's class. -

Pretty sure the likes of Swiss Ramble had us down to breach by £10-20m but that was without factoring in Maresca and maybe KDH? -
Leicester to appoint Martyn Glover as head of senior recruitment.
Ric Flair replied to stu's topic in Leicester City Forum
Whether Glover is influential in the signings or if its pure manager led, both don't support him staying here. We either need a head of recruitment that's part of the management team or major change in how we work with recruitment and the manager. Off you go Martyn, you've been the pits. -

Has it been confirmed the EFL have no grounds to try and come for us for 22/23 as well? If we've still breached 23/24 despite selling KDH and the Enzo compensation then words fail me. The gap must have been so vast because if it's in the low millions it's beggars belief. Bored of it. Hit us with whatever necessary to get this club the systematic change it needed yesterday. -

This man needs to be given his marching orders along with Rudkin and Ruud too. I see precious little evidence here or at previous clubs that would lead me to want him to stay. Our PL transfers have been an absolute disaster. Our Championship ones were more hits than misses but still not without some concern. Let's start afresh please. -
