I did raise a smile last night. Sat in my normal seat and three lads in the customary stone island gear arrived two rows behind me. One of the lads proceeded to give an interesting commentary through the match to his mates, Ndidi was Daka most of the night and Maddison was apparently world class and the best player they would ever see live. The other lads raised poignant questions like is his Missus fit and does it kick off outside afterwards. Needless to say they disappeared at 35 minutes for half time drinks and left at 80 minutes to either beat the traffic out because they thought we were the tigers

I have to admit I found it a tad galling when he was trying to gee up the crowd. I was thinking, you’re off pal don’t tell me how to support my club. Admittedly I have got a strop on which may have clouded my judgement

I’ve been in Cine since the start of the pandemic. Bought in when it was ridiculously low, tempted to sell when it went back above £1 but kept then bought more when it fell to the 30s. I like the incentive scheme they have for senior management to get the sp back to £3 and after the failure of streaming movies instead of showing them in cinemas I’m optimistic that the price will form up from here.

Was in A1 and I would say it was 25% Polish fans. Most were good natured, some were stoned knobs. The ones who stood up to join the chants promptly had things thrown at them

I see Brentford are going to keep the same home kit for consecutive seasons. The way it always used to be. Made a new kit more special
