    Evans

We paid £3.5m for Evans and had good value for money for a couple of seasons, but because of his age and injuries, I doubt he's worth anything like £3.5m now, so end of contract move was always going to be his only option. Can't believe Everton are interested though unless they have absolutely no money to spend.
  2. I agree, it's like everything in life, you have a budget to stick to. It's like when you go shopping with the girlfriend, I want beer, she wants make-up. We get the beer because the more beer I drink, the less make-up she needs!
  3. Not made my mind up on Daka just yet, but I don't think Rodgers slow build up, possession based style of football suited neither Daka or Vardy. Both players that look for quick balls into space to be at their most effective.
  4. The Leicester defence has been shocking all season without a defined leader to organise the players around him, slightly less dis-organised on the few occasions that Evans played. I think with Coady, the backline organisation will improve, he's clearly a vocal player and will want to take control of the defensive line. For a player with his Premier league experience and perceived leadership qualities, £8.5m on the face of it, looks to be good business.
  5. Your absolutely right to refuse to believe it, knowing Rudkin, he's probably on 80K a week.
  6. Better hope the woodwork stands firm then
  7. With 20 seconds to go, at what point did Justin think it would be a great idea to be chasing after a ball on Newcastles goal line, that he didn't win, instead of defending his right back position.
  8. As I said things are changing, but as it stands here and now tonight, 4 points needed.
  9. Changes already, but we still need 4 more points. Chelsea max 70 points West Ham max 67 points Liverpool max 69 points. Everton max 67 points
  10. Chelsea max 73 points West Ham max 67 points Liverpool max 69 points. Everton max 67 points Leicester need 4 more (70 points max and 4th place) to guarantee CL If the teams above drop points, then we need less
  11. Cardboard cut out fans are starting to get on Bournemouth players backs
  12. OK, I know it was only Rotherham but Gray did some good work during the game but having watched him a lot, I still see two major flaws in his game. 1st, he still doesn’t realise when to release the ball so ends up trying to beat everybody and eventually looses the ball. Which then leads to this 2nd major flaw, of throwing up this arms as if it’s not his fault instead of tackling back to try and regain possession. The second flaw flaw goes away once he realises that it’s a team game and stops the 1st flaw happening. I don’t believe that it is greed when he has the ball, he just has to much belief in himself, (rightly or wrongly), what he now needs is that same belief in his team mates. The trouble is, season on season, he is not changing this mindset and there will only be one outcome. Interestingly, I was sat with a few Rotherham fans around me, that did get nervous when Gray had the ball, but to them the biggest threat was Harvey Barnes, who in my opinion had a very good game whilst on.
  13. I was at the Rotherham game and Iversen looked the better of the two
  14. How about Forest and Derby for starters, I don't care where they finish, they're still shit.
  15. I’m over hear in Thailand at the moment and asked one of my Thai mad Premier league contacts if he knows anything about the Tielemans signing going through. Answer was no, but he then said “do I want to buy a Leicester shirt with Mahrez on the back, cheap price” Plonker!!!
  16. And the worst photoshopping I’ve seen this year
  17. Could be his first appearance of the season......in court!!!!
  18. It was a big step coming back from doing well at West Brom and stepping straight into the Premier League, maybe now he has a few games under his belt, tonight is just the start of something special.
  19. For me, he just doesn’t have the ability to read the game. So many times, including last night, he reacts after the ball is played into him into space rather than anticipating that that’s where the ball will finish up. By the time the balls played and he’s thought about, it’s to late, attack over. Exact opposite to Vardy, Vardy’s up and running into space and great positions when our midfields have the ball moving forward, Iheanacho stands and watches.
  20. If we keep playing like this, 40 points will be a struggle, never mind finishing in the top half.
  21. "Claudio Ranieri beats Carlo Ancelotti in best Italian Premier League manager vote" End of topic.
  22. Just like Forest, only making up the numbers!!
  23. Things won't improve there until they sort out a Belgium Rachel Riley for their forum.
  24. BBC Football website today, Sunday, go and vote, Ranieri leading at the moment, 42%
