Absolutely tremendous analysis as usual @StriderHiryu - honestly I’d guess that’s on par with what the actual premier league back room staff do in regards to level of detail - superb I’ll be a lot less eloquent than you in my assessment of yesterday and this season so please bare with me but this is what my actual eyes are telling me My opinion is split like many I’m seeing - in so many regards yesterday was horrible - very little attacking threat and my god what a second half set up that was to try and hold onto a lead - would I have set us up like that or choose to play that way second half - absolutely not I do however give cooper the smallest amount of credit - we haven’t been battered ‘result’ wise by anyone - yes I know we have been second best for the majority of nearly every game BUT and it’s a big but - we are bang in games - I see it with my own eyes - a half against spurs , most of the game against villa , most of the game at palace - (yes arsenal hammered us but they are proper decent) - I look at what is being served up and I can’t help but have some pride in how much the lads are competitive as hell - there is a huge amount of negativity towards cooper and I get it - maresca was the saviour supposedly and we should all play like that - NOPE - I don’t buy it - like Southampton we would have been humped with our team from last year playing like that every week I say it again the lads are absolutely game as hell and I’m not buying the line they are not playing for the gaffer - they definitely are - well they are playing for someone or something anyway be it us or the gaffer or the club - they are trying their hearts out Im old enough to look back at Oneill , Pearson , ranieri and shaky teams and I think this lot relate to a lot of that kind of football and effort cooper is quite obviously very limited - but I’m choosing to back the boys , my team , my club and cooper it’s not 2018- 2020 anymore- it’s 2013 and 2014 again - it 1999 again - that’s not a bad thing - we are my beautiful Leicester city and always will be - get behind the team - unite and be the noise that the ground needs - atmospheres like Saturday don’t help anyone apologies for the big message but sometimes it’s as much about love than stats - peace out - foxes never quit 🦊

Absolutely mental reaction to a team selection- I was more annoyed with Saturdays team that he put kannous in and wilted to the pressure of not having the 3 solid midfielders- felt like he betrayed himself - anyway this reaction tonight is bonkers - apart from the obvious hate for ward ,soumare and Thomas which I 100% share the rest of the team is absolutely sound - I will say it again - he can’t afford to blood the kids - he needs to win games or the pressure just ups - he has gone for solid experienced players that should walk through this game - I’m not saying for a second they will or I completely agree but I can definitely understand it - and let’s not over react - mcateer was average in the championship and Alves hasn’t been fancied by anyone full stop - get behind the team

Lovely feet - obviously got some quality- I think given some time which all young players need when coming into prem in a struggling team he will be decent - as for today - cooper betraying himself and going against the 3 in midfield that was working in previous games was madness - this lad was pretty much standing up front on the left - such weird tactics - should never have come back out for second half - skipp must be crying in his soup tonight with this lad taking his place today - horrible decision from cooper - still think he will be very decent given time btw

Iv massively given him the benefit of the doubt and challenged plenty on here but today has tipped me over - he didn’t even stick by by stubborn 3 in midfield- I could probably have still got behind that - he wilted to the pressure and put another attacking player in and it was absolutely crap - makes him look like a right clown - ‘I’ll stick by my selection until I won’t’ Poo - get him OUT - and that mavididi sun instead of ayew - absolutely honking - on your bike

The negativity borders on being boring - iv never known so many actively want the manager to fail - it’s such a strange way to support the team - anyone who thinks the players don’t feel that negativity on social media and on match days is bonkers - a few big voices being hugely vocal about everything cooper is doing wrong - I prefer to look at it the other way - he has had 4 competitive games - 4 - hoping he fails is just bordering on self importance- iv said it before and I’ll keep saying it whilst I believe it to be true - he is doing an ok job - granted I thought the subs invited to much pressure last week - he has us completely in games - nobody has battered us - we should have a few more points - very oneill esc and not massively dissimilar to 2014-2018 - caution first and stay in games- break well and take your chances - I’m yet to be convinced it’s a bad idea - the coming weeks will give us more of an idea - but whilst that shakes itself out get behind the team and save the witch hunt energy for some positivity

Agreed you can’t have 2 out and out wingers in this league - we would be wide open - I think the balance is right with one of mav or fatawu and then ayew on the other side - very albrighton and mahrez esc

He knows fine well if the on field results aren’t going ok he is out by Xmas - I think it’s fair to say he quite simply hasn’t got the time to wax lyrically about the academy at the minute - I reckon he has had a look and none are ready - if he lasts the season hopefully he gets to it - modern day problems- it’s results or out - Enzo didn’t think any of them were even good enough to get any minutes in the championship so why give cooper the grief of not playing any of them in the prem

Would you have changed the starting 11 today Rick - away from home at a good palace side I thought it was decent - mavididi deserved the start over fatawu-ndidi gives us a hell of a lot charging round - I don’t get the witch hunt mate - you obviously really don’t like him but I think he is setting us up to give us a chance in games - it’s not much more complex than that - I totally understand it - we play maresca ball and we get absolutely battered just like Southampton are - I’m not sure I agree with the narration on tactical weaknesses either- we are solid - we are in games - every game so far we could have got something - open up and we simply wouldn’t be good enough - don’t get me wrong he is human and the choduray and coady subs were poo but looking back is always wonderful- I don’t mind having a tactics debate about it but I’m seeing a Leicester team that are giving their all for each other , the fans and the gaffer - your entitled to your opinion but I think you are being overly harsh on cooper
