Certainly not happy with the hierarchy at the club. Not really surprising, 17th last season and sit currently 14th. 🥳 -
The personalities of the leaders running some of the most populous countries in the world leads me to quote Iain Banks “The point is, there is no feasible excuse for what are, for what we have made of ourselves. We have chosen to put profits before people, money before morality, dividends before decency, fanaticism before fairness, and our own trivial comforts before the unspeakable agonies of others”.

He’s actually been in charge for six years not eight. He was appointed in Dec 2019 and this should be his last season if we come up short again. -

Some over the top comments here based I suspect purely on dislike of Arsenal/Arteta. Martinelli made a mistake in the heat of the moment and promptly apologised for it. Nothing more to see. Gary Neville is an utter imbecile btw for these comments "Honestly, I don't know how the Liverpool players didn't go over there and whack him, to be honest with you, and take a red card. Absolutely disgraceful, that." -

It really was, the 2nd ever kit I was bought as a kid and probably my all time favourite Admiral kit. England’s was decent as well. -

Out of order, he should be apologising for that. -
Yes he does have a Goebbels vibe about him. His wife is just as bad.

Bizarre game between Man City and Brighton, could have ended 4-4. Man City fast becoming draw specialists. -

Has any manager lasted 2 years at Utd since Ferguson retired? Can’t be asked to look it up! -

Arteta is hard to like even for me. I think the main difference this season though is squad depth, which is the deepest I have ever known it and better than Man City’s. We still lack a clinical striker and that might cost us in some tight games. However, if we don’t win it this season we never will under this manager. -

Well done Chelsea, although Man City were actually quite poor tbh. -
Wish they would extend it to 12 players, 8 can get too repetitive and quite frankly downright boring.

Van Veen needs to stop the rot here and win the next set.
-
If you are drilling into plaster board a hand drill will do the job.
-
Would like to see Van Veen prevail tonight, just to see a new name on the trophy.
-
Van Veen is the real deal and is surely going to win a world title one day.

The Wire seems to have lost more than it’s’fair’share of actors in recent years, with James Ransone’s death happening just two weeks ago. -
Justin who? Best performance of his career and the tournament. Sensational darts.
