No, but purely because he's been seriously ill and if he was ready to return to management, he would be.

Leicester 0-2 Blackburn POST MATCH THREAD
Mike the Metal Ed replied to Muzzy_no7's topic in Leicester City Forum
I made my decision to not renew my season ticket almost entirely on the attitudes of the fans around me towards the end of last season, yes. I couldn't tolerate being around King Power supporters any longer. Secondary was having to miss the Arsenal game due to work and realising I had a much better time without the football. -

It's saving me the trouble of driving down from Salford to watch this shit so more power to them I guess. I'll be back when they've all ****ed off. -
Leicester 0-2 Blackburn POST MATCH THREAD

Are you saying that all the people clapping this kind of shit off the pitch only started going to games in the last decade and that's where they learned this behaviour? Because if so, I agree with you. If your claim is that this many fans have been doing this kind of thing for longer than that, then that's simply not true. I never said what I did or didn't do therefore anything. -

What club were they watching if they think that the fans in the 90s and 2000s clapped players off after these kinds of performances? You don't learn this behaviour over attending decades ago because it didn't happen. -
That keen to guarantee your seat for League Two?

Nothing at the club is good enough, that's the problem.

Watching the game in Santa Cruz de Tenerife?
Mike the Metal Ed replied to Jennifermarie's topic in Leicester City Forum
Santa Cruz isn't very expat. If you can't find anywhere there you might have more joy getting the bus to Playa de Las Americas or Costa Adeje. Take you an hour though. -
5 years ago we'd already bottled the League Cup semi v Villa and had the post COVID collapse that cost us Champions League football. That was after the cracks had already appeared.
-
You can always go down. But we've shown we don't have to do a lot to pick up often undeserved points in this league in this season. If the rot really sets in, we could wander into trouble. Think of us in the 04/05 season.

Home and Away Support/Atmosphere
Mike the Metal Ed replied to FoxesTalker's topic in Leicester City Forum
An alarm did go off during the game at at least one point. Talksport pointed it out. -
Looking back apparently the team got booed off for being held 0-0 at home to ten man Oldham when we'd dicked Walsall 4-1 in the snow at Bescot four days earlier and were 11 points clear at the top

Jamie Clapham or Ryan McGivern? Was Jacob Laursen a left back?
-
That's pure Lestoh. Fantastic painting though. I look forward to more if you do them.

Graham Fenton was 23 when we signed him
-
I'm here cos I was proved wrong, chief. I called it like I saw it and didn't think he was good at Forest.
-
Then again I also thought Neil Danns was a terrific signing at the time.
-
"Why do we need Wes Morgan? He's no better than Sol Bamba." I never rated him at Forest. He was saving the best for us.

Ex Players - They used to play for us
Mike the Metal Ed replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
My favourite bit is even though the audio's crap, I think it's Colin Hill plays a back pass back to Kalac and you can hear the Kop collectively shit itself -

I was another. I remember Neville Foulger on the end of season review "And Kalac's got his head in his hands, let's hope he doesn't drop it."
