Name me a time this season when Vardy has played 90 minutes for 'no reason'? He got an assist deep in to added time to get us an important point vs a relegation rival and he was rested in the cup tie vs Man United.

I rate the guy, and I agree he should keep getting starts, but he was poor against Ipswich and was lucky to not give a penalty away in addition to some silly fouls in dangerous free kick territory.

I agree, although he didn't do himself any favours against Ipswich where i thought he was poor (who wasn't though)... I also thought he was poor vs Forest but that could be down to them having put two players on him. I think if teams will start seeing him as one our major threats and just double up on him thus rendering him pretty useless. Against Forest he was doing the same tricks, against the same two defenders, for pretty much the entirety of the game whilst getting nowhere - Just running into a brick wall each time.

He had good stats last season but if i remember he had a habit of going missing. Again, unless i am imagining, didn't he get dropped at one point and it was only having been dropped he returned and actually played like he could be arsed. De Ja Vu now that no one is challenging for his position again.

It's just a shame the Ballon D'Or was a couple of weeks early.

I think we are undoubtedly better than Southampton & Ipswich but I don't see who the third team to go down would be other than ourselves. I can see Wolves & Palace being safe well before closure. Everton will always pick up enough points to stink the league out for another season. Hope I'm wrong though, of course.

I've really liked him the last 2 games and he deserves a lot of credit. That said, he strikes me as a player that would earn themselves a start and immediately resort back to being lazy. You don't play like he has the last two games out of fluke, there's clearly a good player in there... Controversial but if he could perform like he has done these last 2 games, I'd pick him over Ndidi.

That's a decent point given the circumstances but let's not pretend that wasn't a horrific performance. Mavididi & Fatawu might as well have stayed at home. Don't think their goal should have beat Mads personally. Ayew is proving to be a good signing (somehow) and thought Soumare was great when he came on. Besides that, absolutely horrendous and worrying looking at the upcoming fixtures.

Should have been a yellow very early on for Szmodics & red for Phillips. But hey, it's Ipswich, expect nothing less from last season. Phillips still got 4 yellow cardable offences in him.

I've said it before, Ipswich will want this more and their players will give more than the majority of ours. That said, man for man in just about every position, we are better. There's a reason Ipswich haven't won a game yet and we are more than capable of beating them if we play well. We just need to ensure that we play well for 90 minutes of football, something we are yet to see this season. Glad Justin has been dropped if true. Likeable, but absolute cluster this season. This is a huge game for both clubs. It might be early in the season, but it's going to be very tight at the bottom come the end of the season and I feel every point will count come the final day.

If it's anything like last season you'll be guaranteed a couple of deflected goals, 3 players on their 9th yellow cardable offence & about 25 minutes of added time. If we can bypass all that, i think we'll win.

That many early leavers, it was actually beneficial to stay until the end. Don't know about anyone else, but it was quite pain free getting away last night.

Moyes is a great shout. Just needs someone to steady the ship & give us an identity. Wolves will have a turn in form, Palace will pick up points & Everton are Everton, the turd that won't flush. I genuinely don't see three worse teams than Southampton, Ipswich & Us - Over the course of the season.
