  1. I think we’ve probably been close to the mark but all signs have been the club has tried to keep on the straight and narrow. maybe it’s marginal. Wouldn’t suprise me if we were off by a decimal point in our finances and we get deducted something farcical like 1 point lol!
  2. A big win on Tuesday will go along way to lightening this mood!
  3. Let’s not even enter this thought chaps! it’s way too depressing to contemplate. of course it would be an epic distaste for a club of our stature and what we’ve achieve in the last decade is nothing short of incredible. Nobody is invincible and we shouldn’t be in this position but we are so time to get the hands dirty and crawl out of this muck. It was easy sailing for a while but complacency has set it in as well as other factors. Can’t feel sorry for ourselves either (nobody else will). Gotta pull them socks up and show some fight and desire. COYF!
  4. Ok this is the last I’m gonna dwell on this lot before I pack it all away and salvage something of my weekend that hasn’t gone boobs up. Against Sunderland we need wilf and Ricardo back. We need experience in the form of coady, Vardy and albrighton from the start! We need Enzo to give a pre game team talk to the squad that no longer says we will be fine or it’s okay to lose or we are still top and good enough to cruise this promotion. What we need Enzo to do is give a proper Italian fire breathing wake up call with alarm bells ringing at max volume! stick up photos of the chasing pack all around the changing rooms. Whatever it takes to get them motivated. It is do or die time, must must must WIN! End of.
  5. Enzo’s body language looked down today in the post match interview. Looks like the pressure is getting to him despite what he says. He also did not repeat the usual “we will lose some games, it is normal” schpeel. even for him it’s getting old. Next game is so massive now. If we lose that we are at a new low on so many levels. Cmon foxes wake the F up!
  6. I firmly believe the toughest opponent for this team is themselves. In all these games they are losing they are lacking a strong mental fortitude. I’m willing to cut the new boys some slack but the more experienced guys have to step up and Enzo has to play them all to save us from falling apart.
  7. First time in a while I’ve looked at the table and really got worried. Good thing Leeds didn’t bag all 3 points today but Ipswich did. its just way too tight below us I really don’t like this at all. Our next game is our only life Line to stay ahead of the pack. MUST WIN! if Enzo cocks this up I fear the worst.
  8. We have started to poop our pants. please Enzo don’t you dare say we were always going to lose games again. this is not acceptable! Figure out why we are not winning these games! I can accept ugly wins I get it but we are not showing in the field real determination and desire to win these tough games. The body language should be like desperation now not let’s take our sweet time about this.
  9. QPR did a job in us and we had nothing in response. We looked constipated today. now I see why some are saying we don’t have an effective plan b. Damn I thought we could atleast get a point but not to be. dont know what’s gonna happen now. Nervous times ahead.
  10. That’s a really good read! Welcome to the mighty foxes Zhang. Once in a while it’s healthy to recognize the passion and interest of fans from all corners of the earth. Our Leicester city story is unique and powerful we need to appreciate & cherish that. Kudos to UFS too for all the selfless great work they do. I’ll be forever singing & chanting from my base in California
  11. I don’t think after today there will be any other teams left in the tournament other than premier league. So that may mean we can only hope to play the lesser of them all but hey whatever we give it a good go and see what happens. COYF
  12. Let’s support all these promising young academy players.
  13. We have and had some of the best goalies around which makes Ward an absolute anomaly!
  14. YESSSSSS!!! There it is boys ya found your bottle. We can do it just needed to show it. So happy for Fatawu. how many of those left foot curlers has he hit this season and this one goes in. What a beauty too. Now build on this and bring it to the next league game. It is belief and we found it don’t care how but we did. well done to all the players that put a shift in including vesty who could have scored if he had another gear in his engine lol.
  15. Sadly no way to watch the game today so I’m relying on FT chatter to stay in the loop. This is great we have kept Bournemouth at bay for 45 min. Have we had any chances in their goal yet? Will Enzo change anything subs wise?
  16. Tbf it sounds more condescending than sexist and coming from Bodgers it sounds about right. He got rattled by the journalist asking some tough but fair questions. It’s his way of having a sly dig at her. C’mon we all see thru the BS. She’s a grown woman not a little girl lol!
  17. Thanks again BSLB boys! Really appreciate what you do. I know it’s easy for us here to keep demanding more regular quick episodes but you all have dah jobs and lives and this is a passion project. Hope it can become successful enough where you can afford to spend more time on it. Regarding the latest pod yeh I’m guilty of tuning in as a form of therapy as well as hear your expert opinions. Rick is what I feel inside after these games and he is pretty much spot on every time. i am invested and a believer of the Enzo way. It does work when it really comes together. It is NOT fool proof. This system is effective when our players play to the max ie, create chances/finish chances ruthlessly/close out games & dominate. However, this system fails if our players are not 100% committed from being tired, unfocused or lacking confidence. The collapse has happened enough you can pin point the signs now before things unfold it’s that predictable. If we can see it you can be damn sure our opposition managers are planning for it. Why does it happen? Could be a number of reasons but it’s safe to say it’s going to happen. Maybe the players know this and they are trying to hard to put away those sitters and missing ie over thinking it. I’ve been reading up on sports psychology and Leicester is a text book case right now. It’s a tough one. We need a few good leaders to step up now and drag the rest by the scruff of their necks over the line. Hope Enzo has a plan. If not he can call a friend like a certain Mr, guardiola. 😉
  18. Had time to think about this one and now I don’t really know. Are we damned if we do and damned if we don’t? As in playing our 1st team? haven’t the players got us into this pickle? they should be the ones to yank themselves out of it. If they could vote how many would say a resounding yes to playing? KDH would be top of that list. He is one of us and was livid losing on Friday. He will wanna put this right asap! I get the worries of incurring injuries and tiring key players out but right now our confidence is dented no doubt. The dreaded 80th minute is like a curse. Many of these players will be fearing self destruct no matter how well they are playing in the game. Similar to last season as soon we conceded a corner kick you can sense impending doom. Really bizarre stuff. Like some mass psychotic event envelopes the players. Enzo has to find a way to banish that hoodoo or we are gonna bottle this season entirely. It is a real problem now
  19. Young Luke has to keep at it. His career has not panned out as well as others from the academy but he should still feel lucky. Many never get as far as he has. He just has to find the right coach & club to become a better player. It’s not too late. A case of too much too fast.
  20. He will be rusty when he cones back people. No way is he flying out the blocks plus the worry of other small muscle injuries too. Did we over play him I wonder? How did he get such a bad long term injury in the first place?
  21. We really are a weird team aren’t we but that’s why we love it so much. Never a dull moment and all that jazz. Leicester never does things the easy way. Here’s my premonition based on my gut and that is we will clinch promotion and top spot but it will be close. This team will find its bottle and get over the line (just in time).
  22. I hope so I really do! after last seasons calamity I don’t think I can survive another collapse this season. must win - must get promoted
  23. I’ve seen enough and all roads are pointing to a psychological issue with our players. I’m not an expert but I hope some of you are and can chime in. Didn’t we have a few under Pearson & Ranieri? Any thoughts?
  24. We all see it it’s CONFIDENCE! he looks upto the heavens, closes his eyes and head sinks. Those are the cues Enzo sees and off he goes. is it good coaching? Who am I to tell Enzo but I’m a grassroots coach snd everything in the handbook says I should not pull him out. It only reinforces negativity and further damages the players confidence. Mavs needs a combination of players rallying around him and his own belief system strengthening. He wasn’t having a stinker that’s the irony. I think he’s too hard on himself. A player like him needs to thrive on freedom of stress and worry which then boosts his confidence. Who remembers early in the season when he missed a 1-on-1 with the keeper? 2nd chance he gets alert under much more pressure now plus steals it from Vardy before going onto bury it! WE NEED THAT FEARLESS STEPHY BACK.
