Needs to shave his head, grow a beard, and change his name to Stenzo Coopera. Until then it's a no from me.

The Championship Thread 2023/2024

All newspaper headline editors are desperately hoping Leeds sign Danny Ings... RED BULL GIVES YOU INGS -

Nelly Korda with a 10 on a par 3, leaving her +8 after 4 holes in the women's US Open. Got her work cut out now.
-
"Ah, Mr Rudkin...I've been expecting you!"
-
The way you've phrased that makes us sound like the footballing equivalent of Gillian McKeith. Get your Tupperware out and at the ready.
-
I probably should have said, "I hope he doesn't get a bad reception.". I don't think he deserves any booing. It's fine if you and others don't want to react to him at all. I get that.
-
Rightly or wrongly, the pending points deduction is going to put some potential managers off. It probably put Enzo off staying. Managers want certainty. We don't even know how many points we'll be deducted yet, and won't for some time. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we are forced to gamble on a manager that is currently out of work, is desperate to get back into management, and therefore has nothing to lose.
-
All things being equal it would be a step up. But in the current situation there is an argument to be made that he has more chance of being a PL manager in 2025/26 with WBA than with us.

"Hello?" "Hi. Is that Xavi?" "Who wants to know?" "This is Jon Rudkin here." "Who?" "Jon Rudkin." "Sorry. No idea." "Y'know, Rudders. The Rudkinator. Director of Football for the world famous King Power Football Club." *hangs up phone*

There's nothing to stop Chelsea coming in with a huge bid immediately after we've signed him. Could be the quickest profit we've ever made. Not that I think Chelsea will though. They've got young wingers coming out of their arse.
-
I hope he gets a good reception. While I didn't find his 'idea' even remotely entertaining, I understood that getting promoted by any means was imperative to the club's immediate future. In that respect he delivered. He left the club in a better place than he found it and that's all you can ask of any manager really.
-
Hardly surprising when all they've got to go on is the Cup game where we were an absolute shambles in the first 45 minutes. If Raheem Sterling could kick a ball in the general direction he wanted it to go we'd probably have been at least 3 down at HT.
-
Made a point a few weeks ago that it would be tough to convince good players to join until we know what we are up against in terms of the points deduction. Now the same applies with a new manager too. The PL really do have us by the balls. It's going to have to be someone who doesn't mind the potential risk of having a relegation on their CV - and that probably rules out the possibility of an established name.
-
Well, we do have a few donkeys.
-
It won't be Pep unfortunately. But it will be one of his clone army.
-
It'll be someone very similar to Enzo. There's hundreds of them milling about in the game. No need to panic.
-
Sunak can pretty much say/promise anything now. He knows he's going to get trounced, so won't have to follow through with any of it.
-
Basically you ain't worth a sh*t as a manager these days unless you look like a thumb that's had a beardy face drawn on with a biro.
-
For his next trick, Brendan will shoot some fish in a barrel.
-
Enzo should be able to guide them to glory in that, no problem.
-
No offence but that might be his level now.
-
Just goes to show what little Pep thinks of Grealish that he hasn't even been considered.
-
I'm readying myself for Scott Parker and his Safari suit...

Someone for Rudkin to confess all his sins to.
