  1. Depends on the cat really and their personality. My cat is a perfectly contented house cat. She'd sleep on my lap all day if she could and has almost no interest in going out. She did go out into the back yard earlier today but only because I was out there sweeping up some leaves, and she soon scarpered back inside after a mild gust of wind scared her.
  2. Well that escalated quickly. 3 goals in 6 minutes for Posh against arch-rivals Cambridge Utd.
  3. Yes! 1987, 88 & 89. All at Filbert Street too.
  4. This will be the 6th time we've played Ipswich on Boxing Day (5 of them coming in the last 22 years). They must be the club we've played most on Boxing Day (or perhaps Liverpool who I think we've played a fair few times on BD). The first occasion was in 1961 - which was our first ever game against Ipswich, and the first of just a handful of occasions when Sir Alf Ramsey managed a side against us. Anyway, I feel like this would make for one of those splendid @kushiro articles.
  5. Midweek results in our Continental Cup group Liverpool 3-4 Man City Man Utd 7-0 Everton Leaves the group table looking as follows P W D L GD PTS Man City 2 2 0 0 +2 6 Man Utd 1 1 0 0 +7 3 Leicester City 1 1 0 0 +1 3 Liverpool 2 0 0 2 -2 0 Everton 2 0 0 2 -8 0
  6. He signed a short term contract extension to help us complete the Covid-delayed 19/20 season. There was then a really short turnaround between the end of the 19/20 season and the start of the 20/21 season. That and Covid made it difficult to bring in new players so a new contract would have made sense for both him and us. But for Covid I think he leaves in 2020 when his first contract expires. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53891334
  7. Not convinced Simeone trusts Soy much either. Yet to start a game for them and only gets brought on when a game is already won.
  8. Had a very good 21/22 season but his output has significantly reduced since. Don't think he's PL standard and that's what we need to be looking for.

  10. Top class interview by Ange there. Do like him. Arteta take note.
  11. Laughed at that response though, Interviewer: Is it harder playing against 9 men? Palmer: No it's easier.
  12. Jackson mugging off to the camera like that was some great achievement.
  13. You are Nostradamus and I claim my £5.
  14. Chelsea desperately hanging on against 9 men.
  15. Credit where it's due. Vicario has been immense so far.
  16. Beware the player with a neck tattoo. Never a good sign imo.
  17. Watch Chelsea cock this up with a 2 man advantage.
  18. Bye bye Udogie Howser MD.
  19. Will this half ever end? Do we want it to?
  20. It's irrational yet heart-warming.
  21. Spurs are no longer Men With Ven
  22. Maddison's the only player I know that can get injured tripping over a blade of grass.
