Bournemouth 0-2 Post Match Thread
HybridFox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Bournemouth are miles better than us. Not sure theres much we can read from a game on the beach other than half these f*****s are off personally -
Big shame Anderson's not playing. Was pretty much marketed on that and would have been a fair few autograph hunters down over the course of the bank holiday weekend!

I know it's a bit revisionist post relegation . But I've seen enough last few games to suggest there's something to work with moving forward. The results have at least come against the teams around us. He hasn't walked, he's taken criticism. And seems to get on well with the youngsters at least. If he is to drain the swamp with the bad eggs like Winks and Vestergaard then so be it, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt Getting another PSR penalty, we cant keep squandering money on sacking managers. We've got a loss before we've started. Use that comp to back Ruud with what he wants We're honestly gonna be back here asking the same questions with Martin being no better off. It's a ludicrous appointment! -
Come on Rangers

The source is the Daily Fail. Still a chance it's bullsh** (I hope anyway!)

I desperately want him to go abroad than play for another club here (ideally would have just retired). But if his wish is to stay in England, I really hope one of the big clubs take a chance on him (no that does not include Spurs!) even if marketing ploy just for a season. Just so he gets to experience it and score the remaining goals to get to 150 with competent players to assist. It would break my heart to see him at absolute fodder who were below us not long ago. Even clubs like Villa and Wolves wouldn't sit right with me at all

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Bunch of tw**s aren't they. Waste resource on an absolute nothing case to massage their ego than actually sort some fundamental footballing issues -
Most fitting to have the away stand named after him. Plenty of away games I've been to where they are named after former players. Make it happen It would also be cool if they add a mural that entrance of the ground with various Vardy celebrations

A lot of the media personalities and pundits are fixated on the title win obviously. But it's unbelievable what he's managed outside of that too which really sets him aside as our greatest ever from the other title winners. This list doesn't even do him justice, there's so much more! Part of the Championship side that came up in the first place. Then goals like West Brom away in the Great Escape which effectively lead the momentum to keep us up. He was also among the highest PL assists that season! Represented us for England at Euro 2016 (and later the 2018 WC) scoring that equaliser against Wales! In fact most goals scored by an England player while at Leicester. Scored in both knockout rounds of our first season in the Champions League As well as scoring in Europa League and semi finalist in the Conference League (furthest run we've ever gone) PL Golden Boot winner (could have also had it in 15/16 had he put the second pen away vs Everton) PL goal of the season (again arguably robbed in 15/16 with the Liverpool goal too) Managed score in 8 PL goals in a row (after the 11). Only him and RVN have reached that milestone twice Only player to score a hattrick home and away against a Pep Guardiola side Hattrick in record 9-0 away vs Southampton League Cup semi finalist FA Cup winner (only player to have played in every round through his career - most with us) Community shield winner (also scored our first goal at the new Wembley in first community shield vs Man Utd) Consistently been our top striker in the league under multiple managers and strike partners/systems To get relegated, spearhead another Championship win as top scorer and Captain. And as shambolic as this season has been at 38, he's still our top scorer. Third on the all time club list for both goals and appearances with 200 in 500. 14th on the all time PL goalscorers. The most scored by any player after the age of 30 (only he has reached the 100 mark). No one and I mean no one will ever come close to replicating even half of that from the stage and level of his career we brought him from. Iconic

Well done Palace, well deserved! Yes Henderson should have been off but amount of times Ederson's clattered into opponents without punishment, they get no sympathy

Winner against Forest: Vardy or Monga?
HybridFox replied to Collymore's topic in Leicester City Forum
Vardy would have been poetic but had that Sels save from Monga gone past him at that moment in the game, there would have been limbs. Would have been a great PL moment for a youngster like Rooney, Macheda, Martial etc -

What goes around comes around -
I think the club have been right to balance his appearances. He's still in education which is equally important for personal development But boy if we can keep him he's ready next season at 16 for the first team
