Simple restructure, put him as KP's sporting project guy but putting an experienced DOF (cough Dan Ashworth cough) in place to actually run the club.

Fine with KP to stay; but Rudkin and Whelan need moving asap. Dan Ashworth is literally sat doing nothing. Sell him the project, we have the infrastructure in place already, we just need someone at wheel with any sort of football brain
