With how long it's taken them to make these decisions, it would be a real kick if the outcomes were both to take impact in the same season. Would much rather start on -6 (for example) next season than be docked 12 in a year for historical issues ranging numerous seasons.

We're in this mess due to continued poor leadership from the 2 at the very top, it's time to make a stand and force change. Adding new leaders will do little if the overall direction from the top is not addressed

The rulebooks being different still shocks me. 2 adjacent leagues should have the same rules, a system in place to deal with teams moving between the leagues for the rulings etc. Its a laughing stock. Two of the biggest leagues in the world and they can't organise shit
