If I had to choose, Declan Rice or Ekitike for me. Rice would take charge of the middle, both defensively and offensively, actually providing some leadership. Ekitike would link up our entire attacking play - can be the target man, can run off, can link play up etc

Sure we've seen it enough, but that feels wrong. Yes we've broken rules and we probably deserve a punishment, but apply the rules fairly. I don't see how any independent committee worth their stuff would be able to sign off on changing how rules have been applied on historic issues.

Carrick really hasn't done a lot either. Pushed Fernandes up to where he can dictate play in the final 3rd rather than halfway, and then played their exciting wingers as wingers rather than labouring them with predominantly defensive roles

I'd be intrigued to know if that rule is able to be used from the 25/26 season or for the season 26/27.

Its impressive how Watford managed their run in the Prem for a while with the amount of different managers they had in place.

He was incredibly lucky to have that corner goal disallowed. Jakob is clearly a talented keeper, but the current environment we have is not suited for him currently. An experienced head is needed to dictate what's happening

I don't think he's the option for manager, by all means he is someone we should have in the club to build the structure we need. But I'm unsure he's the answer to the on field issues right now.

It's past laughable at this point. How the authorities are unable to implement their own rules is ridiculous.

I'm not fully sure I agree with the latter. Second half we were significantly more direct, we saw fullbacks much higher up (similar to how Cooper player Justin) I really don't think we can take anything from that game, we played with 10 for basically all of it
