Just got in from a day travelling, what a fantastic way to end the holiday.

It was a 2010 diesel, was about 6 years ago so not remotely new but advertised with low mileage (35k) and 1 owner from new. They clearly knew it had the problem as when we finally started using it, we noticed the coolant tank had the lid off and placed under the bonnet from when it was delivered, and we had the engine flushed and there was what my mechanic said was head gasket sealant in the system. Pretty quickly noticed something was up, got it tested at a specialist who confirmed head gasket. The place we bought it from would do absolutely nothing to help. She was always a very nervous driver, whilst learning and after, and that piece of shit absolutely wrecked her confidence to this day. Left them an absolutely atrocious review which they were not happy with.

I'm abroad and for some reason we have bbc 2 on the TV and HIGNFY US was on, I didn't know that existed and I really wish it didn't. I won't be watching any more of it.

I bought a cat N privately last year and I've just spend over 1.7k fixing the engine over the course of 3 months cos the bastards bodged it and got rid. Spent all the savings on the price on fixing it. Still, got a nice car now. But any used car is a risk. Missus bought a mini from a "reputable" dealer and the head gasket was gone on it, didn't realise before the 6 month warranty expired as she bought it whilst still doing her lessons, so that got scrapped.

@CPepFoxwill be gutted, visiting the HQ of BC Game was his wife's one dream to celebrate the big 50.

Will have the shittest work schedule of my adult life this year, only have Christmas day off so I won't be doing much. Other half wants to see her family boxing day so i'll have to drive to Stoke immediately after an 8 hour shift. Start work at 6 so will be the first year I can remember not seeing the new year in. Super.

Place I'm staying at this week has help yourself Cruzcampo taps everywhere so I'm getting stuck into that this afternoon. It's not too bad tbh, nicer than the ones I've had at home.

Finally off to Fuerteventura on Sunday, my summer holiday has arrived. Hope its not shit.

Weird, it's the only place that does it for me, only fairly recently started. Example below. The circled loading bar is what I mean when I say the page hangs, the page itself looks entirely normal. But if I don't wait the 5ish seconds for that bar to fully load, if I click on say the other teams transfers thread, it's going to actually end up going onto Sly's profile, which I definitely didn't select. Rather frustrating. Edit: It seems to just be with my chrome now, samsung browser working fine.
