Went there in 2018, stayed in old town, lovely place. I remember it being very warm.

Visited Vlore yesterday for the national park, on the way up noticed lots of beaches advertised so went down to one. Very nice, like a beach bar setup, good food, drinks, sunbeds, enormous clean beach and the water was very warm. ****ing love it here, kinda wish I was staying and not going to corfu tomorrow.

Drove half way down Albania yesterday, **** me the scenery could rival Iceland. What a country. The roads out of Tirana are some of the worst I've ever seen, genuine sinkholes on the motorway etc, but everywhere else I've been seem absolutely fine.

Currently in albania. Love it. Cheap, friendly, so much to see. Roads are awful though. Also its boiling at the minute, but think id rather be here in this heat than Hinckley.

Went in November and despite slipping and breaking my ribs 2 days in, it was still one of my favourite holidays.

My trip to Albania (and Corfu) is finally approaching and I absolutely cannot wait. Weather looks great as well.

Have quited liked Modelo for a while, after finding a bottle in company shop a few years ago. Lidl have had it occasionally for a few years as well. If you get the 355ml bottles they are Mexican brewed and quite nice, the big bottles they are selling are brewed in the UK and not very nice.
