Mostly my mental health and confidence. Always been extremely shy and a recluse because I hated the way I looked. Would wear a jumper in the middle of summer (if I went out at all) to try and hide the way I looked, even though it made me look worse and made me look like a ****ing weirdo. I've still got a way to go but feel much much happier, way more confident etc. Feel like I can finally enjoy life and not worry about what others think of me.

Been in xrp since 2016, would be about bloody time! Kept it when it had its last run up to $3 and been regretting it for a while. Long bloody time to hold.

Got 5 days booked in Iceland at the end of November. Will obviously be cold and short days, but anyone got any tips/hidden gems? Have a car rented for the time we are there and got the obvious stuff on the list.

Eating will be difficult for the first few weeks but it gets easier. In terms of delaying your second dose, that is fine when you're on the starter dose but if you increase strength you can't skip them. Also don't do what I did and just go up strengths every 4 weeks just because you can, stay on the lower ones for as long as they work for you. You will find your body gets used to it and your appetite comes back, then consider moving up the strength. I just went all out every 4 weeks, now I've been on the highest for a few months and it's working less and less. Good luck to you, it's genuinely changed my life.

Just got accused of shoplifting in a Tesco for picking up a too good to go bag from the yo sushi counter and walking out again. Properly wound me up, **** tesco, reminded me why I never shop in that shithole.

I've been on mounjaro for about 9 months and lost about 5 stone (its slowed down a lot recently, rapid losses to begin with), and I'm very happy about it. I've always been fat, in my youth I was extremely active, swimming twice a week, cricket twice a week but always fat. In my 30s, still relatively active, had a manual labour job, ate quite well, still fat. Did couch to 5k (successfully), still fat. Did the gym for about 2 years, still fat. Ended up getting more and more depressed. Couldn't really give a shit what anyone else thinks, it's my money and I've never felt better.

If you can get a company shop membership they sell them at 6 for a quid. Completely pot luck what they have, if any, but I've always been able to pick up peronis, heinekens, coronas, free damm, erdinger every time I've been, and they're all decent. Plus others I've not bothered trying.

Driven a few more cars through work recently. Last week i had a 2023 Jeep Compass - an absolutely atrocious car. Shit dashboard, horrible rattling and creaking, the window washers didn't work and it was horrific on mpg. Due to the washer issue, I had to get it swapped out. The company rent intermediate automatics (so suvs, estates usually), and I was swapped out to a manual Fiat 500. Ragged the absolute shit out of it. Again, what an awful car. I seriously do not understand why anyone would buy one. Kept ringing to get it swapped out again, eventually on my last day away I ended up getting an electric 2025 Ford Explorer. Never driven full electric before, was very enjoyable. Lovely car, and quite quick too. Wanted to keep it but it got dehired the next day. Still not sure i'm ready to switch to electric yet. This week I'm in a 2025 ford puma st. It's quite nice, but is a bit uncomfortable on bumpy roads, and makes a bit of a racket inside when bouncing along. Again probably wouldn't have one. Wonder what I'll get next. So far the only one I'd consider buying is the passat i had a few weeks ago, lovely car.

I bought £20 of EEE at 9p months ago so im now currently planning my early retirement.
