Did forest green have a strong team out? Sure there is some stupid rule in place -
My initial money has now nearly tripled 😳(Not a lot but still)

So all the most promising youth players have ended up signing pro deals, seems we are doing something right! -

Honestly in terms of priority it should be (sadly) daka to start with either Ayew or Evans coming off the bench. -
Well, I think Mavididi has got to be the last attempt of finding a striker for the season when he’s back fit

**** Carranza off and put Evans on the bench -
It is the striker options. Not the manager
-
What a save!

I think we all cursed him

Best to do it up without them inside I’d say

If you have substantial money invested may be wise to sell up and buy another with higher returns, ideally one that needs doing up so perhaps you could take out some money after. I think you’ll thank yourself later and an arsey tenant constantly phoning you makes it not so passive. Is it the property that’s the issue or the tenant truthfully? My Dad now buys and strips out the properties completely and puts everything in new, doesn’t get any phone calls and properties increase in value considerably. Not always possible depending on what you’re comfortable investing but it’s a thought.

Have you been upping the rent in increments each year?
-
I certainly don’t see it not surpassing £1 but even then I think that’s conservative. Comparable to similar stocks it looks ridiculously cheap!
-
2.2bn tonnes of titanium is apparently worth at a conservative guess over £300bn! obviously there is funding and costs associated with obtaining it but surely the current market cap of £306m and share price of 47p are way way below the potential. Get the feeling it could just pop any day. funny the price had a little jump the day before the MRE so obviously news had spread, was tempted to sell but kept it oh well
-
Probably. I still think it looks massively undervalued at the moment in comparison to similar companies; so long term I am holding
-
Break £1 I dare you
-
We’re so back
-
EEE shot up to 71p!!
-
Do whatever you feel most comfortable with. There’s always gonna be a what if but 35% returns in less than a year is incredible and obviously wouldn’t be typical

Trump is an absolute joke, messing with the market

What a crazy rise, wonder how he played! -
The last few games Bobby Reid has pretty much started behind him and most the time runs next to him. He works hard but he is average. My nan would beat him to a header, not as quick as he once was dubbed. He’s lucky the rest of the team around him should mean we don’t rely on his goals

quite evidently, we have no money to spend at this current time. Wycombe obviously wanted money.
