In recent memory, I can remember the KP being a fortress for us. The outstading home support certainly played its part. Its come to mind that our home form has been nowhere near as good as the season we came up. And the season after (where we did you know what).
Just wanted some of your opinions as to why this is.
Kingy is a club legend. He's been with us throughout our incredible journey. The good ol' days in league 1, the championship and the PL. He has always been under appreciated, Albrighton likewise. They deserve much more respect.
I dont mind Iborra, me. I personally think he provides a different dimension and he is a good aerial threat that has scored occasionally when he plays.Scratch that. IF he plays.
Yeah the day after the 'copter crash, a fox trotted up towards all the flowers outside the stadium. Totally shows Vichai remains with us. Why would you want to change our nickname?
I really don't know what to think at the moment.
The players are clearly still affected by the tragic events but we can't use it as an excuse to under-perform. As far as creativity is concerned, Maddison's form certainly isn't as good as it was towards the start of the season and Vardz isn't looking the same. We have a good squad but im not sure CP's tactics are working.
Totally Respect That but can you seriously say that Drinkwater was on the same level as Kante and Mahrez. And as for Vardy, I doubt that he would have left if it was Arsenal or an even bigger club.
TBH Musa prefers to play on the left. He wasn't really given the time or chance to prove himself. Seeing how he carried Nigeria at the world cup, i think he deserved a proper chance.
With Slimani, we were stupid. We didn't put balls into the box for him. We tried to put him in behind. Now that he's gone we do exactly that, but with Vardy. What a waste.
I have no sympathy towards Danny. People like Kante and Mahrez deserved to go on and play for better clubs. Danny Drinkwater didn't. He wanted to follow the money, even if it meant being a benchwarmer at Chelsea. There have been calls for us to take him back on loan, Personally I wouldn't seeing as he's ruined his career and hasn't played since god knows when.
to the tune of ohh balotelli:
oh diabate
