Have a word chap. He is probably the greatest manager the PL has ever seen. Oh trophies speak for themselves too.
-
Last year i believe.

Beauty. Put the three stripes on the top of the socks. Adidas badge below the lcfc and it would be perfect.
-
The new adidas three stripes are horrific
-
Many on here even said and still say it shouldn't happen 🤯
-
I said earlier in the thread that we sold just over 20k ST - which i didnt believe mind buf looks like it is true
-
He fancied his chances better with Lincoln than with us...
-
Yes
-
He turned us down earlier in the year...
-
One of the away kits will be trefoil logo unless weve lost our Adidas club category rating.
-
23,500 or 24,500 I believe however i could be wrong.
-
Weve supposedly had just over 20k renew. Not sure if I believe that figure but its what ive been told this afternoon
-
Any recommendations for fertiliser/grass feed etc? Recently had my garden scarified and other than one patch it isnt looking too bad.
-
Weve got a ****ing dig bick 👀😂😂
-
So, he wasnt over coached then?
-
We're still Adidas. And we should have a trefoil away kit next season.. well as it stands anyway and assuming we don't lose another tier adidas rating.
-
Just remember. They weren't at Games when they were shit. We was. We took more in a pre season friendly to Northampton than they ever did for a League game. Shit club. Shit fans.
-
Realistically what did he want? Rudkin and co aren't fit for purpose however Smithies recieved a good wage here. If he wanted an outcome why didnt he propose it? I.e. stay on and do coaching badges(if he doesnt have any already), be apart of a youth team set up etc?
-
We 100% have the pull. The ground the TG. We NEED to get the next managerial appointment correct. Its going to be one hell of a rebuild.
-
We didnt want to sell them or no one came in for them or even met our valuation of them?
-
It was a model, yes. Otherwise we would have been raided in one season and we wasnt was we?
-
But surely with that model there would be a baseline? Say x amount for player at 'x level' where club is at. Then as you go bigger or try to get better players the base money goes up then does the incentive based stuff too? Depends if a player wants to play or be happy on a bigger contract and probably a bit part player too like you said above.

Listen to High Performance podcast from Paul Barber. Ive mentioned it a few times on here, its an excellent Listen. I dont know, but at the time they were arguably the best team in the country who didn't win anything. Third to us then second to Chelsea. I believe they've moved away from the model recently but its proven that it works.
-
Go to a model of what Tottenham used to operate. The wages weren't big but all incentive based. Score, assist, clean sheet - all decent bonus. Make the player want to perform. Go back to the model of where we buy raw/rough and hidden gems sell them on and keep that cycle going. Go out and actually get a good CEO I.E. Paul Barber, go get someone like Dan Ashworth. Create the succession plan there. Get a good loan manager to look after the youth we have coming through and alot of them have massive potentials. It may take a few years but it would work. Rudkin needs to go but with this Thai loyalty etc it wont happen under this ownership.
