  1. Ok was GTFO, but wasn't quite this out, but he has convinced me with a half to spare.
  2. Depends what the intention is, must assume the manager wants 2 more technical capable, flexible players higher up the pick. No gripes with Facundo's work rate as its comparable to Abdul's, and Cooper is obviously looking for something different than Abdul, hence Bilal I assume and Bilal's work rate will be rightfully under scrutiny today along with attacking prowess and ability to not to get dispossessed.
  3. People being so desperate to join the bash Cooper club, this has become a site () to behold.
  4. One chance and your out? Super harsh judgement.
  5. Abdul is exciting but he is still very raw and capable of poor decisions resulting in losing the ball, so understand why he does not start, but is a scary impact player. Hope and expect this to change as the season progresses. Exciting side and pleasantly surprised to see a more attacking side against a team I thought we would field 10 Ayew's against.
  6. Will put you down as a maybe.
  7. Don’t think he is many peoples first choice, but he is here now, perhaps due to lack of better options, we are doing ok. Agree that statistically we are risking far too much and that may well cause us to come undone, but as we have bypassed the ideal window for a (oh so unlikely) change, might as well support him.
  8. Something Else.
  9. Would you take Russell Martin to replace Cooper if Saints sacked him?
  10. It is a shame that such a police notice was issued for such small potatoes and utilising the capacity to do so for such an incident is just plain weird. (I have visions you were wearing a cape in this situation )
  11. What on Earth was the topic of the argument if you do not mind me asking?
  12. Lets put it this way, I hope they do not remake it!
  13. Been watching Threads myself recently, assume it’s reappeared on iPlayer hence the uptick in viewing? Bleak, powerful and mildly depressing.
  14. Wars, even class wars, cost money it seems.
  15. Different sorts of mad in general I would argue, but maybe Hungary, that is a fair shout.
  16. UK, yes. Mainland Europe, no chance.
  17. Why would he do that? He is damaging his only future prospects as much as ours. Just think he prefers JJ ‘ruggedness’ compared to Ricky. Both sick notes, so it must a fairly marginal decision.
  18. Keep going, it’s a long long way back to completely erase his success.
  19. Such is the polarisation of the media. It’s really very sad.
  20. Absolute state of the opposition.
  21. Can see the benefit, but does this not mean viewing things "through a keyhole"? Suppose that is just an acceptance when utilising the statistics in question.
  22. Could at least name check me during your slandering Mr @Finnegan as I do not dispute it, and admit that I was wrong and was far too late to lambast what Rodgers had become and taken us with him. Maybe that explains why I made no such statements this time. I may contest the nature of some points, stats are useful sometimes but used to prematurely (in my opinion) using them to beat someone with, less so. However, I do agree that the low rate of chance creation is a massive concern, and a point I agreed with the @The Doctor on, if it continues beyond these winnable games, we will likely be undone.
  23. I was trying to see if the board have been right in their appointments despite fans initial reservations, and the only entry there that seems relevant is Ranieri, but that was so left field I am not sure it counts!
  24. That must be based on previous seasons performances though? If there are no issues with Ricardo’s fitness and he has not forgotten how to run or trap a ball, it is weird I agree.
