Martin O'Neill, Nigel Pearson, Claudio Ranieri. All three of them have a couple of things in common. Success, and no one really wanted them in our fanbase.

Ticket Price Rises – Trust Statement
Gamble92 replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
They hold the fans in contempt. People talk about a passiveness from our fans towards this but the success with Vichai has rightly or wrongly gave them a bit of a free pass with fan interaction. Throw in a free Chang and Donut now and again and all is well with the world. We seen what they thought of us as we slowly and painfully achieved the most embarrassing relegation in history. Top's petulant statement after it all just confirmed it. Nothings changed because of last season. They've had the biggest let off ever with this promotion and yet nothings changed. It's a disgrace. -
Hardly gonna come out saying he was shit. Winks loved him and fairplay he resurrected his career. But there were also a lot that were indifferent to him in the end once he become so stubborn. Like I said it's hard for subscribe to your view we have invested in a squad who was built for his philosophy when he didn't play most of them.

I for one think the best news about this is ditching snooze ball. Did Enzo even buy the players he wanted for his great philosophy? He refused to play half the squad in the end! Least Cooper might actually make use of them.

Tbh if @RedSoxUK is unhappy with this appointment we should all be glad. He once sent me his own 181 page dossier on why Gary Megson is the right fit. He also takes a flask to games and enjoys shooting squirrels as a hobby.

They were bottom when he took over

I'm much happier with this than Potter

Already sounds more dynamic than last season.

Agree with this. People saying it doesn't matter because we play everyone anyway in a season we are getting a points deduction are mad. If it's Man City away followed by a few other big 6 teams early we are screwed.

I think if we could see after 46 games that in the majority of them we won because of Enzo's philosophy then we would maybe accept the long periods of boring play. Even then it's hard to justify a spectator sport having so many prolonged periods of passiveness. But I could name so many more games that we won down to things like the opposition just not taking chances and us having more quality. There was no example of the added security at the back with the inverted full backs. We were exposed time and time again by poor attacks. We left our wingers isolated. The list goes on and on. I could pick it all apart for hours. It just wasn't the reason we went up and Chelsea fans are in for a shock. I honestly want Cooper more than Potter because of it.

One hell of a Wolverhampton accent on Neil Lewis so there was

Everything that happened led to us winning the Premier League in the end. I wouldn't change anything.

We're staying up

If he second breach is -3 though is selling him really beneficial in the long run? Like I said he will be worth more next season too more than likely. I just find it disgusting the only way out of this is to sell our youth players. Just look at Forests squad now compared to the one they went up with. Absolutely nothing for the fans to relate to. We are gonna end up like that.

Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast

Just found this on Vinted. Was thinking we could all chip in for @Ric Flair's 50th -
I get the feeling the club have decided to take the hit with PSR and wait for everything to level out with the wage budget. Selling KDH now is probably gonna cost us more in points than a second breach and him having a good season at this level will add 15m on to his value. I don't think selling Nelson for £5m or whatever will be of any benefit either.
-
We'd have still gone up without Akgun, Praet and Nacho last season so the list you mention isn't gonna worry anyone. Ndidi as anything other than a ball winning midfielder is very easily replaceable. It's just the money side of it that the club wants to cover with him.

Remember this well. Dickov missed pen. Arghhh

I actually cried at the end and the bloke in front of me turned round, looked at me and started crying as well. So glad that wasn't picked up by the BT cameras.

Is this the only pair of boots Guillem didn't manage to get his hands on for a £250 3 course event?

Premier League 24/25 Pre-season guff (misc talking points)
Gamble92 replied to davieG's topic in Leicester City Forum
I realise this might be too much of a last season joke but I've made these for Fathers Day -
I'm imagining a scenario where Potter tells us he will join us if Southgate keeps the England job. So Rudkin has Top round his to watch the Euros, and we hopelessly go out in the group stage and they're sat there like this -
-
Not having that excuse. Players were nackered by Enzo's own admission and he was relentlessly playing players for 90 minutes. Coady, Albrighton, Marcal, Souttar etc all could have at the very least helped the last 20 minutes of games. It seemed more like a message to the board than anything else at times.

You can't really afford to let any players rot without good reason, yet Maresca didn't seem to mind.

I'm a bit worried you'd think the worst player in premier league history was worth a punt on a free?
