Very well put and I think this is what I was getting at with the player love in. It's clearly a **** you to Rudkin more than anything. Being well liked doesn't mean you were good at what you did and to if she did just coast by and didn't give a **** in the last few years then she's as much to blame as anyone.

I don't start thinking more of her or go back on what I've said about her failures just because people who were very well paid under her are saying nice things. They all say the same about Top and we have had a few come out and say nice things about Rudkin too. It is very telling that they've felt the need to use words like shocked though. It's clearly not a resignation that's just come at the right time in her career as she goes on to pastures new. She's been forced out and they're coming out backing her.

What worries me about this philosophy, similar with Enzo's, is just how many big chances we still concede despite the theory being if you keep it more you'll limit them significant and create enough to win. Love how I was reading literally post after post talking about double relegation in the summer and now it's likely the same users who are saying we should walk the league. I think most of us could see we'd still do well if we could get players like Winks on side. Stuff like that isn't easy to do either. There were some abysmal performances early on with Enzo but we got through them. We haven't done it to quite that win rate, but there's nothing I've seen to suggest we can't go on and have a similar season now.
