How would they know where he's going to go? If he's deemed good enough, he'll be one that stays. Not a chance we are accepting £250,000 for him. Isn't worth it to us even in our predicament.

Mads Hermansen sold to West Ham - Official

I don't remember any Leicester great bar maybe Kante not getting the most over the top criticism imaginable. I remember seeing on here something along the lines of "maybe if I was called Banks or Shilton id get a game" about Schmeichel. -

Jamie Vardy could be about to have 3 in 4 years too 😂 -

They still look better than we did but the way some West Ham players are casually strolling around reminds me so much of our lot. There's no way you'd get this kind of lack of intensity in a relegation threatened side 20 years ago. Can't help but feel like too many players just don't give enough of a shit now. -
I think we should just focus on getting money in to keep up with running costs and then if we get sanctions, we get sanctions. Id rather us spend a bit and feel like a club going in the right direction for the players rather than the stagnation under Marti with a looming deduction. You're basically better off going what Forest did in the Premier League and having a stronger team alongside a deduction. Not signing anyone and letting everyone know we weren't going to be any better was the start of the rot for us as a club.

There was a whole thread on LTLF forum with over 100 pages about how many Leicester shirts you see in Nottingham around 2021. It always comes round. I'd be less bothered about Forest and Coventry having their era of "success" if ours wasn't such a fall off. I love the idea of an area like Hinckley "falling" to Coventry like they're ****ing Vikings or something. I think one look at Hinckley will tell you it "fallen" a long time ago.

Same can be said for Chansiri. The reason they gave was in Thai culture to "quit" is so shameful that Administration, and having the club forcibly taken from you is genuinely a better option. Some saving face that is.

If you cared about your passion that much and you knew you were nothing more than a P.E teacher in an ill fitting suit, you'd leave.

Apart from it no longer being a business, no issue at all!

You're spot on with everything you say but I still can't bring myself to not care. I don't think you can either or you wouldn't be on here. I think a lot of us are going through this at the minute with the club but it was worst thing I did getting rid of my season ticket. Having said all that I don't doubt I'll probably be regretting it 2 games in.

Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast

Wasn't that suggestion purely coming from a cash perspective? Using it less frequently and using Belvoir Drive was a much more realistic possibility than the selling to Forest rumour. Which was clearly just spread by some Forest fan anyway. -
It just yet again shows there is no alignment with everyone at the club. Doing what they did with BC Game just shows how morally bankrupt they are. It hasn't done a thing to improve any finances either. In return they've just made fans who've followed the club all their lives feel further detached.
-
I think it's massively underestimated how much all the BC Game/FBS stuff or the sponsor has an impact on the feel for the club as a whole. I'm not saying that having Walkers on the front is going to start making Luke Thomas play like Roberto Carlos, but I remember feeling so negative about the direction of the club in the summer the shit FBS kit was announced. Likewise BC Game. Admittedly it was obviously other much more important issues, but the circus surrounding those two sponsors were where all the dark side of King Power started to show.
-
Plastering THAILAND over the FA Cup one kind of lessens it. Wonder if that "sponsor" would get the same meh reaction of they tried to push it on us now.

We'd all be more gutted if we'd missed out on an FA Cup because of a last minute Chilwell goal but got in the Champions League. In reality there were no excuses for not doing both. Rodgers successfully spun it like he does everything though. We were little Leicester with no history when it suited his narrative. -
Felt like I'd read the whole book after reading that title

The myth of the perfect owners who gave us a "miracle" is evaporating with every decline we have. I wonder how long before former players start saying more of what they really think about the club now their events are being cancelled because fans are so disillusioned with any Leicester. When things are going great and they're showering you with gifts it's very easy to say they're the best thing ever.

No managerial communication since relegation to L1 on 21st April

Starting to wonder if Willy Caballero might be interested. Might explain Enzo and him being at the Norwich game. -

Yeah I think one of them pieces Percy was dying to release mentioned it. Rowett also said Leicester have gone with an "extremely ambitious appointment" when he thought he'd missed out on it. Surely Enzo wasn't actually about to come back for a few months. Almost like he was thinking about it and then got told how stupid it would be so offered a scout report instead. Genuinely wouldn't surprise me if Rudkin begged him to watch a match for advice because he's so clueless as to what's going wrong. -

I'd love to know what happened with Enzo. Why was him and his staff watching that Norwich game? -
Go out Friday night, stay in strip club and casinos. Walk into Spoons. Match ready by 12.30. What's the issue?
-
It's funny because I remember thinking how underwhelming our 125th Anniversary DVD was. Ex players almost mocking how little there was to talk about at times. The 150th should be a bit better.

Maranakis in comparison is a complete lunatic and far from perfect but look at how he acted this season to keep Forest up. Ruud wouldn't have lasted 5 games under him.
