Ricardo is our only threat......and he needs to be at RB fast! Formation not clicking at all. Although Chilwell has been very good!
-
Yeah Evans had a poor start last week, but he grew into the game and finished strongly, with a clean sheet for the team. Surely Puel would want to give him and Maguire a chance to establish a partnership? Defence looks shaky with Dan and Wes...... I just suffered a massive loss of confidence!

Ricardo 8 MOTM Notable performances from Maddison, Mendy, Chilwell and Kasper. And Wilf did what Wilf does. 7's Room for improvement from everyone else (6's) bit less for Vardy's brain explosion. Wolves were good, passed quickly and looked dangerous, probably deserved more from the game. They will beat some decent sides this term. Puel was brave with selection and subs I rated him 7 and stay, probably the best score he's had from me! Excited to see this team evolve. Still think we're a couple of class players short of challenging for Europe but Im encouraged. -
Good performance! Unlucky not to take at least a point tonight. Dominated and controlled large parts of the game and looked much more composed on the ball and far more threatening than last season. New players made a positive start, Maddison will make a huge difference at #10, we looked less dangerous when he was dragged. Ricardo played well. De Gea proved his class again and was the saviour for Utd, that says a lot about the City performance! Lots of positives to take with a couple of players still to come in to make our strongest 11. Not sure that Silva is the man in CM too many stray passes again today for my liking, would like to see us bring in some genuine class in this area in Jan and I think we'll be close to a great side. We should be excited for the season ahead...

Who should be the next Leicester City manager?

Would love Rafa. Proven track record and would draw some good players to the King Power. Still think he would prefer Newcastle if he had a transfer budget to play with. We can dream. -
At least that will seal Claude's fate! Au revoir....

Game changing performance from Kasper my MOTM 8 Chillwell deserves a lot of credit for his display. 8 Diabate gave us a much needed injection of energy. 7 5 and 6's for the rest. Pretty poor display, need to improve if we are going to keep the dream alive for 7th. -

Kasper - Cracking save to keep it 1-0. Not much to do after that. Did come for a cross though, dropped it I think! 7 Simpson - Overlapped well but doesn’t have the ability to deliver crucial final ball. Amartey will breeze back in when fit. 5 Morgan - Too slow, backs off and gets himself into trouble or crudely fouls. Thanks for everything Wes, Claud time to move on. 5 Maguire - Another solid display. 7 Chilwell - His best game for a while but still not a confident enough defender. At fault for the goal. Good cross for his first ever assist. 5 Mahrez - Proved he is worth even the craziest of transfer fees. Class passing, dribbling, good assist and great goal! 8 Ndidi - Hasn’t been hitting his high standards of late but solid today against poor opposition. Looks better partnered with Iborra. 7 Iborra - Showed great composure, range of passing and good in the air in both boxes. Class act and must retain his place. 8 Gray - Not his worst performance, got into some useful positions but final ball still lacking in quality. 6 Okazaki - Ineffective, probably not fit, but Vardy just looks more dangerous with him in the side. 5 Vardy - World Class finish, should have had more. 7 Subs Ieanacho - Best prem performance in a City shirt, changed the game with great movement, passing, and a goal. 8 Albrighton - Good corner, solid performance. 6 Diabete - Lively 5 minutes. Put one on a plate for Vardy, would like to see him start over Gray 7 Puel - More attacking starting line up and better substitutions today. Not convinced he knows his best team yet. Squad in and outs are confusing. 5 Opposition - Lets not get too carried away with a 4-1 win. They are what the table suggests, the worse team in the league. Very poor. 3 -

Hopefully he digs deep for a new LB,CB and RB in the summer, and a replacement for Riyad too. Change from 150million? -
Good result against a very poor team. Iborra made the whole team tick today. Vardy goal was outrageous. Iheanacho looked like a different player and deserved his goal. Diabate must start over Gray, Drago over Morgan and we are getting closer! Hope Claude is learning.

Albrighton and Chilwell as RB and LB is the stuff of nightmares!

Puel got it horribly wrong again! Team selection is just baffling. James proved again today he does not have the quality to boss a premier league game. Gray was completely ineffective. Morgan should not have replaced Drago, his whole game is too sluggish now. Chilwell just doesnt look comfortable in the defensive third and there is no end product in the attacking third. We were poor today, even our most consistent players Vardy/Mahrez/Ndidi didnt deliver like we expect them too. Time to get Silva, Diabete, Amartey and Drago involved, they deserve it!

I enjoy the brand of football that Puel has introduced, but his continued selection of Chilwell and James in our starting eleven and substitutions leave me baffled. Chilwell gives the ball away far to easily and has been at fault for several goals recently! James just doesn't cut it in the Premier league, especially when Iborra is sat on the bench. As for todays half time sub, Silva had some decent touches first half and looked comfortable, he would have been my pick for our best midfield player at half time, he gets subbed. Not the first time that Claude has dragged one of our better performing players this season. Whats the deal with this? I don't think it mattered today, we were outclassed against a very good side, but these managerial errors have and will continue to cost us points against lesser opposition. Lets hope we've learnt some lessons today!
