'I Want People To Be Closer' - Khun Top Speaks
Philkeavo replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I watched it yesterday and I was taken aback at the lack of fluency. I appreciate English is not his first language but that aside the words he uttered were incoherent. He came across as a bit thick to be honest but I appreciate this maybe a language thing. -
This could be the dawn of a new era of engagement and change at the club. That would be most welcome. Equally, it could also be PR BS to placate fans. I know where my money is…
-
No one is defending abusive language. Supporters know the line. The issue is the Club only speaks when it can lecture fans, never when it must answer for years of failure. An out-of-touch fan group does not speak for the match-going majority. The Club using them as cover is embarrassing. Aiyawatt talk’s about values while leading the Club into decline. If Aiyawatt truly cares, he must take responsibility and fix the leadership. If he cannot, he should sell up. Leicester City belongs to us, its supporters. We demand competence, openness, honesty and a clear sense of direction. We won’t be silenced when the Club is being run into the ground. Go now, we’ve had enough.

The guy hasn’t got what it takes. His tactics and selection in the first half showed no identity, quality or structure. Against the side that are in worse form than us we still looked abject.

Norwich 1-2 LCFC, post-match thread

Pleased that the team got going after the equaliser that was somewhat unexpected but a welcome change from recent performances. Delighted with the win. #Owner Out / Rudkin Out -
Does the result change anyone’s views?

Ha ha moments of brilliance 👏👏👏
-
Fatawu is capable of moments of brilliance but he lacks composure and calmness in moments of pressure. This is what separates average to good players from top players. He’s not anywhere close to that yet.
-
What I am finding really stressful is changing the manager is the least of our problems (although this has got to happen). We all know the issues lie at the Top (no pun intended) but does anyone believe that useless utter xxxx of a Nepo baby will do or say anything other than “my hands of tied”. I hate him so much. Absolute wxxxxr.

Passsss the ball Fatawu!!!!!!
-
We’re unbelievably bad. Another disgusting performance. Shameful on every level.

He is still very young for a first choice goalkeeper. There is a huge ceiling for Jakub. He is learning his trade and will get more consistent and iron out the errors (particularly palming saves back into the danger zone) with experience and age. He has all the attributes to be a top class keeper.

Just listened to Cifuentes post match comments on the WYS podcast. He’s gone full delusional mode. Possibly a sign he's close to exit. I had such high expectations but he’s just a BS merchant.

Cifuentes is a dead man walking at a dead walking club.

These are dark times for Leicester, irrespective of the result tonight. Cifuentes is destroying my love for football.

Hanging on or just hanging.

We have zero attacking intent, none.

This is the absolute pits.

Leicester 0-2 Blackburn POST MATCH THREAD

No words adequately describe that abomination. -
Absolutely brilliant yet depressing summary Dan 👏👏👏

I liked Marti, he came across as refreshing and candid when he joined. He spoke about the three P’s: Possession – controlling the game through the ball, short structured build-up from the back. Positioning – intelligent use of space and player roles to maintain balance and create overloads. Pressing – aggressive, well-organised pressing to recover the ball quickly after losing it. There were elements of this philosophy in the latter stages of pre-season and early season games. There now seems to be a wholesale abandonment of this philosophy as there has been little evidence the players can do that or are now not listening to his instructions. He and the team have adopted the other 3 P’s. Piss Poor Performances. I’d loved to hear a local reporter quiz him on this instead of allowing him to lecture us that team “didn’t defend or play well” because obviously we didn’t notice that 😟
