I have no doubt thats one of the reasons for this. Its all money oriented(of course). The idea of rangers and celtic in the premier league would be a massive money spinner. I think the only thing that has stopped it happening in the past is the Police. Wouldn't surprise me if they cut some deal about paying the extra police cost. Have to say I'm against it but would find it slightly amusing to see hordes of glaswegians descending every week. I'm sure they'll be watching the villa v celtic and Utd v Rangers games coming up......lots of trouble and it will be a huge blow to their plans. If it all goes off well it might be a sign of things to come.
