we really are an odd bunch. I think the last time they said they wouldn't allow it as they have their own domestic competition. I guess you can look to the Australia A league as an example when they allowed New Zealand teams to enter but that was because there was no real structured league there. Oddly people forget that Gretna played in the english pyramid for decades, not sure if the rules still allow scottish teams to enter non league pyramid? I guess if we're looking at possible ways of it happening would be a merger between the FA and the SFA. Unlikely but i'd imagine that would allow for scottish teams to play in the English professional leagues.

Well apparantly celtic and rangers are at league 2 level, so we might be alright.
