  1. Those Mercury article titles are just the most clickbait gash. Focus. That's the one thing. Revelation!
  2. Possibly says more about Chelsea fans clutching at straws in their current state that they rated him so highly, but there have been glimpses of a good player. He's probably the only member of the current squad who has actually struggled with the physicality of the league, which surprises me given his frame. I expected Yunus, Mavididi and Fatawu to be the ones to, but they've all coped pretty well in comparison. We've got plenty of the season left and the benefit of absolutely flying right now, though, so we have the luxury of giving him time to come good. Given what we've seen so far I trust Enzo to get more out of him.
  3. Hold on, I knew I'd seen that face somewhere before... @Kitchandro I think he might be Preki's lovechild
  4. bro's seen things
  5. inshallah they will sing about Vardy's wife
  6. He's doing way less of that scoopy-round-in-a-circle-on-his-left-until-he-gets-dispossessed-or-finds-a-pass-or-shot-because-hes-one-footed thing he was guilty of the past few seasons. Doesn't exactly roll off the tongue - I'm going to just call it the Dewsbury Twirl for short. Enzo seems to be coaching it out of him and getting him to be more dynamic in tight spots, and he's using both feet more in general now too. 👍 Great performance last night. Some valid criticism in recent weeks so maybe that's where the weird ear-cup came from, but i don't really mind so long as he keeps hitting these levels.
  7. Relax, we'll have won it by then
  8. 9/10. Avoidable loss to Hull but otherwise can't fault it as we've clearly found our stride. Feels like we still have gears to go up but we're now beating teams comfortably after a few cagey early ones. The Hull loss could be seen as a blessing disguise as it reminded both the players and us not to start taking the wins for granted... ... Ah, who am I kidding? Already upset my Reading supporting mate tonight by mentioning the 106 being under threat. Quarter of the way there and it's not even Halloween yet.
  9. LiveScore admin called it an early night
  10. Nah, I ain't revising the truth - we were criminally mismanaged and the board did nothing until it was too late. Not missing the EPL circus one bit, but seeing us steamroller this division in our sleep with many of the same players who took us down is the only sour note on an amazing season so far. We deserve to be here, but every passing week makes it more and more clear that we shouldn't be.
  11. easyLeague *hides before I get sued by easyJet for this post*
  12. Draw would do just fine, get both of them dropping points, as long as we do the business tomorrow. Hull are pretty well-drilled as we found out to our detriment, I feel like they've got a push for the automatics in them.
  13. As fake as that probably is, I challenge everyone here to bait Rudkin into creating a FoxesTalk account Unless he's already here... prizes if any of you guess which one of us is him!
  14. Shout-out to all the blue-tick pricks on Tw*tter who were trying to claim it was photoshopped.
  15. Not only do I pity the fool who thinks Rodgers is cool, but I believe that they should quit their jibber-jabber.
  16. Let me be the first to say - it's away at Deepdale, make sure to be there
  17. VAR is such a bore, I'd rather have the controversy of tight decisions being talked about after the fact. Delighted it's cost Forest a goal, but not missing it one bit down here in the wilderness.
  18. I always thought Totally Wicked made flapjacks - have they branched out into other public health nuisances? Shout-out to St Helens for playing in the Totally Wicked Stadium. Look up their hospitality website if anyone fancies a laugh this afternoon.
  19. Anyone have any compound V for Braybrooke and Alves?
  20. Mads and Jannik, brilliant there
  21. Vards still a threat against a high line, good chance that
  22. They've clearly picked up on it and are looking to exploit it. It'll be interesting to see how we reshape or change our build up second half. Good test for Enzo's tactical nous, this one.
