  1. Mads take a bow, Ricky P, wake the hell up.
  2. KIERNAN PULL BACK ABDUL SCORE CLOSER WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER
  3. Looking at the demographics in constituencies like the two that they threw away last night, it may have been a miscalculation from Sunak and Co. to try to cling on through another winter of largely self-inflicted fuel poverty, crippled hospitals and care homes, Covid and Flu. They might literally be seeing their electoral hopes die before their eyes.
  4. This has been the longest international break ever, I swear. It feels like it's been a full month since we last kicked a ball - has it really only been 2 weeks? A San Marino equaliser and seeing Yunus score a banger was all there has been to get the blood pumping for a long, grey, shitty fortnight. As an aside, feels good to know we're guaranteed to still be top at the end of this weekend even if we blow it in Swansea tomorrow. Cheers, Mother Nature.
  5. It's spelt Niamh, actually.
  6. Kasey is about as Irish as Souttar is Aussie, doesn't mean he won't be well received by them.
  7. Galatasaray fans were on social media saying his asking price has now risen from €10m to €15m. If he has this in his locker and produces regularly for us going forwards, I think we can stretch to that if we go up.
  8. Honorary legend status for Nathan Dyer - didn't play too much but scored that key winner against Villa and knocked himself out doing it
  9. wellens ate my hamster
  10. Opposition fans when Vardy scores against them
  11. Heard Baby Give It Up being used for Vesty against Stoke, but not a fan given we already gave that tune to McAteer. We're not singing Danny Drinkwater's old chant for anyone at the minute, that would fit nicely. Ohhhh, Jannik Jannik ~
  12. Ironically, I think the awful standard of goalkeepers is the main thing holding the women's game back at the moment. Outside of the top teams, any shot on goal can often result in a goal. Quality keepers are few and far between, which is why the signing of Leitzig has been such a coup for us.
  13. Leitzig has been such a good signing.
  14. Leicester scored on their opponents and it tied the game - a favourite of @foxile5 Player Of The Match also pisses me off for some reason - probably because it was just randomly inserted into Sky's coverage without any comment or fanfare "because equality" and they now act like it was always that way. Did anyone in the Women's game actually ask for a gender-neutral term for that?
  15. By the way, for anyone who's never had one, oatcakes are shit.
  16. game's not gone
  17. perfectly cromulent
  18. Can't stop watching it. It's so good to have a team that play possession footy, but aren't afraid to turn on the afterburners and counter with pace like the "good old days". Anyone who can't tell the difference between this and Rodgersball at this point is maybe watching the wrong sport. Though can we really call it a counter if we've already had the ball for 5 minutes at that point?
  19. can't believe my man hit the griddy let's go
  20. Much improved yesterday, still got work to do in possession but was getting stuck in which was good to see. Won the ball back with some nice tackles.
  21. Be curious to know if anything was done about the gaggle of knuckle draggers who were singing 'town full of [racist term for folks of South Asian origin]' on their way into the ground.
  22. Can we sing songs about him winning more than the opposition forever please? Even when he's retired, we need them singing about his wife. It's good juju.
